Dr. John Cox is an old school doctor. I had an on and off ear ache, plus some congestion. I called his office and spoke to Maggie. She discussed with Dr. Cox my problem, looked at his schedule (it was tight) but Dr. Cox got me in at 5 PM tonight. If this isn't dedication you tell me what is!!! The Clinton Medical Associates, "Dr. Cox" and his entire team are "all_stars".

Pulsifer Medical Associates has not contacted me about my claim, so I have to assume that they condone this behavior. It's sad that the medical profession protects abusive behavior.

I had a blocked bile duct following gall bladder surgery. My gall bladder surgeon did not diagnose it. I was jaundiced, my liver numbers were through the roof. Dr. Morris diagnosed it immediately and moved mountains until he found the head of gastroenterology at URMC to take me on an emergency basis to do surgery. I will be forever grateful.

I have been waiting many months to meet Dr. Stuber to who was assigned to me after Dr. Ahlman…read moreretired. I recently had a rotator cuff surgery scheduled that conflicted with my physical appt with Dr. Stuber. This would have been my first meeting. Last time I had this surgery scheduled I had to cancel because of of a TIA. Before that surgery Dr. Ahlman saw me to do a pre-op exam. The phone receptionist wouldnt schedule me for a pre-op visit because I"didn't have a specific complaint". She then scheduled my makeup date for a physical several more months down the line. Eventually when I insisted about getting in the receptionist hung up on me. Not at all like when Dr.Ahlman was there. Been a very bad experience in this transition.
