A young man in an orange shirt happened by and asked if we needed help. Assuming he was an employee of HD, I said sure. He asked how many we needed and loaded all 10 for me. As he was finishing, my wife noticed his shirt said 3 Feathers. We need more people like him. Thank you again young man! If we need construction, we will be calling!

So disappointed in this business. We originally used them for many different projects and jobs. And…read morethey were awesome. They helped us with so many different projects and felt like we had built a great rapport with Camille and his crew. So whenever anyone needed recommendations for home improvement, we always turned them to 3 Feathers. My dad needed an old patio step demolished and rebuilt. He lives in an HOA so the HOA is very particular about the type of step that can be put in. We trusted Camille and his crew with helping my dad out. We figured he'd be in good hands since we were loyal customers with 3 Feathers. Camille and his crew no-show twice to my dad's house. These were scheduled appointments. The first no-show, we figured that they were just busy and it slipped their mind. Then the second no-show happened. There was no customer service in explaining themselves on why they were no-shows. This was very atypical of the experience that we had with Camille and his crew. After the second no show they never responded and haven't since. That was phone calls and emails. We also had our gutters fixed (last job by them for us) by them and realized that they were leaking in spots. We reached out to them to try to help us with what's going on and once again they ghosted us. So, not sure what's going on with their business. Very sad when we have worked with them so much.

I hired Total to do a driveway replacement a little over a year ago. Their price was midrange but…read morebecause of good reviews and being somewhat local we decided to hire them. What a BIG mistake! Their workmanship is mediocre at best. After one year the base and topcoat has begun to fail leaving cracks along the edge of our drive. It is also apparent that they broke the tie backs in the retaining wall at the approach causing it to fail also. I have tried multiple times to set up an appointment with Bob to come and have a look with no success. The one time I actually was able to talk to Bob I found him to be dismissive and unconcerned about the issue. The whole experience with Total from the day they started the job until now (a year later) has been terrible! It's apparent that all the owners care about is getting their money and not standing by their work. Hire Total at your own risk!
