I am appreciative that NES is willing to work with us on that They called me after the estimator finished. The technician proceeded to tell me he did an evaluation of what was wrong and the fee would be $75.00. Um.. no. I already know what is wrong with it, I only need a quote to place it. We are not repairing a 21 year old furnace. They backed stepped the service fee since there was an obvious miss-communication Their quote was $1,500.00 more than the company our property manager uses. So we went with them. I attempted to get the issue corrected, or handled, and while in discussions with them about repairs to the floors, they sent the $400 remaining portion of the bill to collections. I attempted over the course of three weeks to call and talk to a manager or owner, however never was anyone available, nor was a simple phone call returned. Made up a story I wouldn't agree to their "no responsibility for damage" policy servicing my dishwasher. All I said was "if you don't put something down to protect my wood floor when you pull it out, that's on you. Otherwise I understand." Then they lied to DTE home warranty that I was "belligerent with technician and office staff" and screwed me over by saying they didn't believe it was worth the $250 motor to repair my 5 yr old $1700 dishwasher. Avoid this company like the plague. They will lie to you about ordering parts and then will screw you over with your service plan. I pray they go out of business. If I could give 0 stars I would.

They supposedly ran 75ft of cable to snake it - only to tell us it couldn't be unblocked with just a snake and we needed to do a $1500 jet power flush. I felt like they were giving us the run around, so I gave John a call - he came in personally on his day off and was able to power through the blockage with his cable. That's it! No add ons, or extras! John and his team are absolutely our primary plumbers from here on out, no question!
