But we so appreciated Basia's proactive and kind communication throughout the process. We got to spend some time with Basia and meet some of her other doggie clients, and I was so impressed by her attention to detail with all of the dogs, her honesty and transparency about anything we asked, and the fact that her space is so neat, clean, and organized. She loves her job so much that she has pictures of the dogs she cares for all over her house, which is really sweet. I wish it had been the right match for our dog, but I appreciated Basia's honesty about why it wasn't. I would feel completely comfortable recommending her to others based on the interactions we had with her.

Our dog always comes home happy and tired from playing with the other dogs. I love that he gets so much exercise and socialization! He's really well taken care of here. He even had a medical issue once during boarding. Park-a-Pup immediately called us to notify us, and we came back early from our trip to take him to the vet. If they hadn't been so prompt, he may not have survived. We'll be happy customers of Park-a-Pup as long as our dog is alive!

As the years passed, Snowy experienced other issues with his heart, cognitive functioning, and balance As he was aging. I've always felt that the clinic staff and Dr Di Maio truly cared about Snowys well-being. Last Friday I had to make the extremely difficult decision to euthanize Snowy his quality of life rapidly declined. This was the most painful and hard decision I've had to make I couldn't see him suffering. Dr.Di Maio was kind, compassionate explained every step during the process. Compared to San Marin Vet, the same two cans. $8.94 It's my opinion, this price difference matters. I find it odd, the Novato Vet charges more for food, and in return, won't answer food questions.
