If there was the option for 10 stars that's what I would give Wagner RV Repair!!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! It was on July 3rd ...the day before the 4th of July when everyone is getting ready to take the day off and celebrate when I called Wagner RV for help! And it wasn't with an RV but for my sister and brother-in-laws generator to their house! In caretaking for them, I needed to know how to run it during power outages. Her medical needs requires electricity 24/7!!! Not only did they schedule me in on that day but Roberto and Tyler made sure the generator was working fine and that I knew the steps to take in getting it started and making sure the house was powered up!! I can't thank 'Stan' 'Roberto' and 'Tyler' enough for their service and help!!! Claudia Hamilton read more

I called Wagner RV and talked to Stan. He sent his Techs out to look at my slide out. The tech stated that the motor was defective. When I researched the part, the company site stated that the part was obsolete and that I needed to order an upgrade kit. The company site also had tutorials on how to install the upgrade. When I talked to Stan, he stated that he would order the obsolete motor. I stated that the motor was obsolete and he stated that he wouldn't order the upgrade kit but if I ordered the kit, he would install the kit. After watching the tech adjust the cable, on the initial visit, I recommended that they watch the company tutorial. Stan stated that he had 30 plus years of RV repair and didn't need to watch the tutorial. When I received the kit I called Stan and set a date to come and install the kit. On the day of the installation I received a call from Stan requesting I bring in the RV. I drove the RV to his establishment. When I tried to maneuver my RV through his lot I knocked off the covers to my awing. When I brought this to Stan's attention he stated that it had to be because of my driving. When they repaired my slide out they did not install the upgrade but instead modified the motors and didn't tighten the cables to manufacturer's specs. If you are knowledgeable about the repair, they will not listen to you and if you don't know, then I believe they will take advantage of you. This establishment does not appear or act like a professional establishment. read more

I brought in my Orion Motorhome that had the rear panel re-attached.. They determined what was needed and completed the work on time and for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Wangner RV Repair and will be going back soon to have a full solar system with lithium batteries installed. Don B. Yucca Valley CA read more

I went by to pick up a couple of hard to find items for an older motor home my husband had called about. Even though he didn't have the exact part, he took the time to sift through miscellaneous parts and came up with something we were able to use and a repair job that seemed impossible all of a sudden was completed, with no worries. Thank you very much for time, wisdom, and sense of humor. A+ read more

This review is long overdue! I've brought my vintage RV to Wagner RV several times now, and every experience has been fantastic. They always manage to get me in the same day, and Dave (the owner) is incredibly helpful and down-to-earth. Roberto and Cowboy are amazing--they've worked on my RV in the past, and most recently they saved me from what felt like a total disaster. I had a massive leak that was pouring water out the back like Niagara Falls, and within an hour, they had tracked it down and fixed it. The whole team is knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cares about helping you get back on the road. I can't recommend them enough, they've saved me more times than I can count! read more

Excellent service. Honest staff and reasonable rates. Stan is excellent to deal with. Highly recommend.

Very nice, thorough job. He kept me informed every step of the repair. I highly recommend Wagner.

Dave Wagner and his right hand man Stan were great. We brought-in our 2018 27' Outback trailer to get the water heating coil repaired and have them perform a spot maintenance check before we our move to Michigan. I have to say we were impressed. Dave and Stan were responsive, timely, and reasonably priced. In the past, we'd take it to where originally purchased the trailer in 2018, at Mike Thompson's RV in Irvine. They'd take forever to even look at it let alone make any necessary repairs. Although we are moving out of state, my husband Christopher and I highly recommend them. read more

Run before using this service! Horrible experience had repair work done parts were missing after the work wasn't completed and RV was returned 3 months later. I ended up having to do more repairs than initially due to all the damage created while in the shop. If you value your motorhome and your money I advise you not to use this service no matter what type of bind you are in. Even stranded you should be saving money calling a different travel repair shop. BE ADVISED!!! read more

This place is the worst run the opposite direction.. Work that was done was shoty. I do not recommend this place unless you looking for more heart aches . After using Wagner's I had to repair even more jobs they damaged plus I'm sure they traded out parts too. read more

Have used their services twice and both times have been very pleased. Very honest and great workmanship.

Dave at Wagner was awesome he didn't over charge me he really went out of his way and helped me out with my generator. I will definitely be using them for all my RV issues good people. read more

I brought my Ekko here for some minor repairs under factory warranty. All the issues were quickly fixed and the bill sent to Winnebago. When I came back to pick up the vehicle, he was on the phone telling another customer that he was able to fix their vehicle for almost nothing and that they didn't need a new fuel pump. The customer was insisting on the pump, but was told that although Wagner RV would love the extra money, they don't do business that way. I wish more companies operated that way! I highly recommend them! read more

I've never seen a place operate like this, even making allowances for the shaggy way some Morongo Basin folks operate. A couple years after paying them, as requested, they've delivered the materials but have failed to do the installation. Details follow, in the hope they are useful: Stan at Wagner RV schedules work (760.363.1188). Dave is the repair guy who quoted me for new fabric and installation for a front awning. 'Cowboy' is a capable worker who actually does things when he's not pinned between Dave and Stan. On May 5 2023 I paid them, as requested. Dave promised many dates through May 7 to 15 July. No shows, all. I often called, and often talked to Stan, who said "Dave forgets things 5 minutes after you talk to him and said 'schedule through me'". I did schedule through Stan and Dave together, they promised 19 or 20 July, was a no-show both dates and did not respond to calls. I Talked 24 July to Dave, who actually said that Stan "had brain surgery and 'forgets'" (!!) Dave promised Friday 28 July, no-show, no contact. Dave did come out 29 July, when he then said we need to move the RV to complete the installation. It's hard to reach them by phone, here's a log of texts from Wagner with the result added in caps: May 9 2023 - 'I will install it . Tue': DIDN'T COME, DIDN'T WRITE, DIDN'T CALL June 10 2023 - 'Can we come over wed': DIDN'T COME, DIDN'T WRITE, DIDN'T CALL July 31 2023 - 'tomorrow at 11': DIDN'T COME, DIDN'T WRITE, DIDN'T CALL August 4, 2023 - 'Monday I can': DIDN'T COME, DIDN'T WRITE, DIDN'T CALL Jan 3 - NO SHOW Jan 20 2024 - 'be here': DIDN'T COME, DIDN'T WRITE, DIDN'T CALL Jan 30 2024 - 'I will text u in moen': DIDN'T COME, DIDN'T WRITE, DIDN'T CALL Feb 24 2024 - 'I text u tue': DIDN'T COME, DIDN'T WRITE, DIDN'T CALL Mar 21 2024 - 'Tue': DIDN'T COME, DIDN'T WRITE, DIDN'T CALL read more

This RV Setbice Rrpair is the best For several reasons. We had just pulled into our campsite at Joshua Tree and discovered we had a leaky toilet. They were so flexible and accommodating and said they could fix it and to bring it in the same day. True to their word, we brought it in and they fixed it. They even had to go get a part for us. They are a locally owned operation and I would highly recommend them if you you have an RV problem near Joshua Tree. read more

BE AWARE. Despite this low rating, it's clear from my recent interaction and reviews on other platforms that he runs a friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable business. THE YELP RATING IS WRONG. I'm particularly interested in learning from him about skoolie conversions and how to handle repairs while in the backcountry. He seems like the kind of mechanic who is passionate about what he does and is more than willing to share that knowledge. The only reason i am not giving 5 stars is i haven't had work done yet. There will be a follow up review after my appointment . I'm looking forward to working with him soon and would encourage others to look beyond the rating. I was/am traveling from Texas in my 1994 Winniebago brave with my wife and kiddos and as soon as we entered California there was some nosies and the engine started to sound funny. I pulled to the side and the engine quit on me. It was a Sunday everyplace was closed. Wagner RV picked up the phone and had someone at the yard to let me tow my rv too. They diagnosed it and had me fixed up in less then 24 hours. The mechanic and the shop owner were very friendly and c they were very communicative. I feel so lucky to have found them. Don't listen to Yelp. These guys are on top of it and did me great. Thank you!! read more

Wagner RV is an amazing RV repair store!! Dave was so helpful and caring and really went the extra mile for us!!!

We dropped off our horse trailer at Wagner RV for a trailer inspection. We were selling our trailer to someone in Colorado and they wanted the inspection before driving out. Wagners called and told the person buying our trailer that it needed all new brakes (plates/pads/shoes) which was a complete lie because the trailer brakes work great! They even sent him pictures of brakes that weren't from our trailer! So the buyer told him to not do the work without authorization from us. My husband went down to check them out. They refused to show him the old brakes and had already started installing the new brakes. He made them stop immediately. They proceeded to call both myself and the buyers to say "I thought you horse people are safe" and even went as far as saying "everyone that brings a horse trailer here wants new brakes" blah blah blah They charged the card $600 for an inspection that took 2 hrs and no repairs (because the trailer was in great condition). Then they charged the buyers card $875 for the brake repair and refused to refund. They told him they would mail him a cashiers check in a few wks!!!!! Terrible lying scammers! It took this company Wagner RV repair 2 and a half months to complete a repair on our RV. the owner of the company kept saying that the repair guy would show up promptly between (time window) for days on end and never show up! The repair guys were even at our RV park working on another project when they were supposed to be there working on ours per owner of company at the specified time of 10:00. The RV guys then proceeded to leave the site after completion of work to go to another site. The owner again said they would show up promptly the next day at 0900, again no show. This conversation took place over again and again for a period of 2&1/2 months. Recommendation: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! THE WORST, NO SHOWS, UNDEPENDABLE! We were traveling through Palm Springs in our 2022 Thor Hurricane 31C and pulled into a parking lot behind the Tennis courts in Cathedral Canyon Country Club. I pulled out the two slides to checkout a sliding door in the RV. After fixing the sliding door and upon pulling the slids back in one side of the main slide would not work and was stuck. We called Wagner RV repair and they came out within an hour. Both repair men did a great job and repaired the slider within two hours. They new what they were doing and just happen to have a spare motor part to fix the damaged. Great job young men. read more

Requested the RV to be completely repaired. Took them 6 months and we had to have all repairs redone. Nice people there but not looking for friends. The quality is poor. The RV was not safe to drive. Said they fixed the air conditioner, never worked. Luckily we found two local shops to actually fix with excellent pricing warranty their work. Instead of wait in months to have the work done properly, we only waited 3 days. Avoid Wagners at any cost!!!! read more

robert! * thank you! sam and dave, thank you too! my goodness. for ages i've been on the hunt for a human to haul out to J.T. and help us repair our door latch to our airstream and for a fee that ain't astronomical. the gents at wagner answered the horn kindly and were able to accommodate same day. if i had to wait a few, i would've just because of their demeanor on the phone. i was told by handful of other technicians that i should purchase the door latch mechanism beforehand so i wouldn't have to be charged two service trip fees (one to diagnose and confirm the door latch was in fact the issue and one to install). i believe wagner only charges one service call fee. anywho, robert popped out, shrugged off the chaotic winds like a cowboy and fixed that sucker! read more
