When I brought her home my husband noticed a brown spot on her back that was not there prior to taking her to the grateful dog. It almost looked like a burn mark. When I called and spoke to someone, I just wanted to know if something had happened? Had they burned her with the clippers? Or some kind of chemical? Needles to say the woman could not give me an answer she wanted me to take my poodle back in. I did not and will not ever be taking my poodle in to this place again. I much rather make the drive to Chico or Redding.

I've had my little man for 9 years and not once has he gotten fleas before! The place was a mess when I would pick him up and on times there was a smell originating from the building. Nice people but in the wrong business.

Right as we were arriving my dog caught his nail in the seat of my car and tore it to the quick. He was bleeding and was really freaked out. Denise fixed it and buzzed down his other long nails in less than 10 minutes. She is wonderful and very reasonably priced! I will definitely go back. Update: we went back today, this time with both dogs. Again, awesome and fast service. I hope she doesn't retire anytime soon! Love her!
