She told me that all the staff did was scroll all day on the phones and while watching the webcams noticed that they tried to put her into the water when she didn't want to. For some reason, I was thinking she had gone to the other location but she must have gone to the Henderson one. So because of the great reviews and the way that it looks on the website, I thought that this would be a good location since it's more convenient than my dogs previous daycare since we just moved. The first thing that struck me as odd was this is the only time where I've actually been charged for an evaluation. Every daycare that we've been to, and we've been to about five of them around Las Vegas, gives you either a free day or a free 4 hours. So I was surprised that you have to pay $30 for a 4-Hour evaluation. Because it works both ways. You're evaluating my dog but I'm evaluating you. When I came in, there was just a lobby. I was asked to fill out some paperwork but I wasn't offered a tour or nobody explained anything about services. Honestly I forgot that there was even a pool in there. They said something about putting him in a kennel first to try out for boarding which I thought was a little bit weird. And then go into the play area for the other 2 hours. I did get a text midway through saying that he was keeping to himself but he had passed the temperament test. I thought that was weird because he loves dogs. I went to pick him up about 4 hours later than the first thing I noticed was now that it was 2:00 p.m., the place reeked. Most places have some kind of deodorizer or some type of even overpowering scent so you don't smell that. But it smelled like wet dog and urine. When I picked him up, they didn't say anything about how he had done, again nothing about services, nothing about going forward like nothing that you would expect from a typical daycare after an evaluation. Oftentimes you also get like a little report card in paper given to you. I did think when I picked him up he was a little bit weird like unfocused and strange but I was like OK maybe he played a lot or something and he's just a bit hyped. Again in the car he wasn't really focusing when I was talking to him. When I got him home, he wouldn't let me out of his sight. All he did was whine every time I left a room. Which is really unusual for him to the point that he needed to be crated. That's when I opened my email to look at the report card, which I'll attach a photo, said that he took a quick dive in the pool. I became so upset because he does not swim. He has never been near water, he would avoid any and all bodies of water. His breed does not swim at all. I had noticed that when I picked him up, his leash was wet. Which I thought why the hell would his leash be wet? I'm still confused why it's wet because why would a leash be anywhere near the pool. So I was already upset that they hadn't even asked me about whether he could go in or if he could even swim. And I kind of put two and two together and figure OK he had some kind of really bad experience here that now he's like clinging to me and whining. I also looked at the photos and he's off in a corner somewhere, totally hunched over. This is a dog who loves daycare and loves dogs but he clearly did not like this place. So I sent them back a text and said I don't appreciate that you put my dog in water and he would never do that voluntarily on you so you would have to have led him in. So they gave me this long text about how they would never do XYZ and I just sent them back a screenshot of the report card that said he was in the pool. A couple of things could have happened they just AI generate the report cards with a bunch of fluff or they lied. Either way, he had some kind of traumatizing experience here because he's still clinging to me tonight. This is not normal after daycare behavior for any dog. But now that I'm looking at the reviews I'm seeing similar comments. So here are some actual suggestions. If you just fill your report cards with AI fluff, you did so at your own demise, because any good dog owner would be greatly concerned that during an evaluation you put a dog near water without even talking to the owner about it. This staff clearly does not know about dog behavior, body language, or just common courtesy or sense. Update: 2 weeks later my dog now shakes uncontrollably before going into his old daycare. I don't know wtf they did, but this place needs investigated.

The staff does an incredible job caring for and watching over our dogs--they truly take pride in what they do. We've tried other doggie daycares in the past, and this one has been by far the best. Our pups are naturally very nervous and not big fans of people, but the team here has consistently gone above and beyond to build trust with them. Because of that patience and care, our dogs now look forward to their camp days, and we love being able to see them playing on the cameras. I feel completely comfortable recommending this place as a safe and caring environment for your pup. I know how difficult it can be to leave your babies in someone else's care, and this team truly puts our minds at ease. We genuinely enjoy this place and will continue to use their services.

I completely understand that they were nervous in a new environment, but throughout the day, I repeatedly saw them sitting in the corner alone on the camera. I also never saw them drink water or go outside. Around 4:30 PM, I called to check on them and was told they had not had any water or used the restroom. I was then told they would try giving them water from a bottle, which left me wondering why that wasn't addressed earlier, especially after nearly seven hours. I left work immediately and came in because I simply wanted to see my dogs and make sure they were okay. While I understand I was frustrated, I was disappointed that my concerns felt secondary to explaining the situation and collecting payment. I was looking for accountability and reassurance, not excuses. I truly feel my dogs had a very stressful experience, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. This isn't about the $73. I would gladly pay for quality care. It's about feeling like I paid $73 for my dogs to spend the day frightened, isolated, and without adequate attention to their basic needs. I genuinely wish the situation had been handled differently.

With multiple pets, I needed quick and consistent service. I sent an inquiry through Yelp projects and was contacted by the owner Afsheen. He so warm and personable. He listened, outlined my options, and explained the other services offered (landscaping, handyman, pet sitting). It just so happened I needed landscaping for a major yard clean up as well. Both were scheduled an executed expediently and at a very good price. Daniel did magic on the yard and managed to save our dying tree. We also set up weekly pet waste service. We always receive a text the day before and day of. Our technician, John, is always so quiet and does a through job. Afsheen has put together a wonderful professional team who takes pride in their jobs. Billing and payment is done online and is a breeze and so easy. Highly recommend this service and have already gladly passed their contact info to others. They are competent and timely. Thank you Rebel DK!

She came every other day to feed him, check his water bowl, dispensed treats, brought toys, and cleaned his litter box. She texted us every time she came over. Although Simon refused to come out from wherever he was hiding, she stayed at least 20-30 minutes to talk to him on her visits. As a side note, we had our friend Michael who Simon knows and likes drop by occasionally and the cat hid from him as well. In addition to taking care of our cat, she watered the inside and outside plants (100+ degree weather) and retrieved our mail and Amazon packages. We felt totally at ease with her having a key to the house and her own alarm code. On our return home, Simon came out almost immediately to greet us so we know the sound of Deb's voice was comforting to him. Normally if we leave him for a couple days alone he would give us serious attitude. Before she accepts a new client, she meets with them and discusses in depth what services are provided. We found Deb extremely personable and professional and would definitely recommend her to take care of your little ones. We are planning another trip in December and will definitely ask her to take care of Simon for a week. Maybe this time he will come out of hiding and play with her. :) Two enthusiastic thumbs up!!!

We have only ever boarded our dogs since we moved to Las Vegas and I didn't like them being left alone at night in a kennel. I think it just adds to their stress of you already being gone. So I searched for an in home sitter to make things easier for our two dogs and two cats. These two are excellent at what they do and have the calm nature your pets will respond well to. Angyla came over to our house for a complimentary meet and greet which is such a great service. It's nice to see your pets interact with someone new. My dogs loved her and my German Shepard mix just sat next to her and demanded pets the whole time!! She even played fetch with my crazy cattle dog and he's very nervous around new people. Angyla took notes and really listened to me about my pets and their quirks. We ended up booking their overnight services for 7 nights and Angyla kept me updated with photos and texts which we really appreciated. My son missed his cats and she sent photos of them which he appreciated!! Their rates are very reasonable and our house was very clean and our pets were so happy when we got home. The biggest compliment came from my husband who said this was the most relaxed he has been on vacation in a long time and I give Hey Buddy ALL the credit for that. I have to add that Angyla walked my dogs every day and they are strong pullers and can be reactive! She impressed the heck out of me doing that.
