Great place. Our dog begs us to take her there! Crystal is the only groomer she knows and we wouldn't go anywhere else!

they do a good job and are friendly, but i don't prefer leaving a tip for the groomer because it's their job.

I just wanted to say hi to all the staff there for taking care of my heart thank you for the love…read moreyou gave him. Thank you for your patience and your love you always gave me him your tender loving care even when he went over the rainbow bridge he was very lucky to have all of you will always will be the first place I will refer to to someone who needs a caring and safe place to them.

I took my dog Spencer in for re check of his back left leg. Dr.Tiffany Witten owner /veterinarian…read morewas overseeing his care along with Vet Techs Hannah and Lacey. Spencer went at 1230pm June 2nd in eating, walking and going to the bathroom with no assistance. He was a happy pain free 17 year old Shih Tzu. When brought out to me to take home he was having seizure/stroke like activity. WHICH NO ONE from there any concerns or take any medical attention. Except Taylor the Receptionist when taking him out of the cage in this condition and asked the Vet Techs is this normal? They struggled it off and said they didn't know. AND was willing for me to TAKE HIM home in this obviously distress state. HE WAS STIFFED ARM AND STRUGGLING TO BREATHE AND UNRESPONSIVE. I had Taylor take Spencer back in for medical attention which they stated they gave him seizure medication to calm him down. Dr Witten talk to me I ask what was going on? She said she wasn't sure that she thought it was neurological. I asked to speak to the vet Tech who administered his subcutaneously fluids see what his demeanor was before during and after. She said she was with another patient. But at the very end a girl name Hannah at the time I did not know her name very rude explain the seizure medication to me. Did not offer help take him to the car offer any assistance lock the door as soon as I stepped out of their facility. 3 days later after asking numerous times who his vet Tech was I found out on Thursday he Hannah. Why wasn't she introduced to me that Tuesday when she was brought in to go over the seizure medication? When Dr Witten knew I wanted to talk to her. What are you hiding? Dr Witten now has responded to my 1st review on fb reviews. Which looks like she has taken a down and blaming Spencer and me. Basically everything on him his age and being blind and deaf and underweight he was 17 he was happy and not in pain. He went in walking, eating and going to the bathroom on his own no assistance. He came out as a vegetable I was left to feed him puree food through a syringe. Dr. Witten is heartless not compassionate or caring she is more concerned about her bottom line meaning money. Than the care and the well being of my dog and possibly othersi She called to tell me he was ready to be picked up. Went over blood work. Stating the liver was a little elevated but concerned considering he had been on prednisone for the last 2 weeks and expected that to go back down once he was weaned off of it. NEVER ONCE DID SHE STATE to me like SHE did 4 days later. OF me begging when did he start these SEIZURE like activities and no one could answer. SHE FINALLY admitted on Thursday that Tuesday when she examined him he was showing those signs and thought it was stress. SERIOUSLY STRESS in and our conversation she stated he had tacky gums I had to ask for a syringe to give him water I had ask for subcutaneously fluids to be administered. Whch she said that's a good idea give us 20 to 25 minutes before you picking him up. Not once during the examination did she call me to tell me he was showing seizure like symptoms to see if I had ever noticed this or was it normal? Or call me to offer him IV fluids while he was in her care to rehydrate him. Dr Witten shows poor protocol as a veterinarian. And I would think she would refund all my $400 plus because I had to go to his veterinarian to get him help.
