This visit, however, was a solid 5 stars, especially for the service. They've added the option to include an espresso shot in your coffee, which was a nice improvement since I previously found the coffee a bit weak. I ordered the Grandma's Breakfast--eggs, country ham, potatoes, and of course pancakes--and I ate everything except one pancake. The manager even stopped by our table to check on the service, and I was happy to tell her it was excellent. Major improvement--please keep this up!

I just picked up my order from Fat Boiz in McDonough, and I have to say I'm extremely disappointed…read morewith the pasta I received. The pasta is very watery, to the point that there's liquid sitting throughout the container. This is not what I expected at all, especially when I'm paying for a quality meal. I understand restaurants can have an off night, but this is honestly unacceptable to serve to a customer. I shouldn't have to drain water out of my pasta before I can even attempt to eat it. I'd appreciate it if someone could make this right, whether that means remaking the order properly or issuing a refund. I'm not trying to be difficult--I just expect the food I paid for to be prepared and served properly.

**This is for their second food truck located in the BP gas station parking lot off exit-201**…read more My notes on this place are on the picky side, on the boarder of personal tastes...because they are putting in the effort of kicking out some good food. Everything that came out was freshly fried and made with well maintained toppings/ingredients. So no complaints at all there. Burgers-My only note would be to season the meat with some burger seasoning once it's on the flat top. The bun is perfect, the veg is cold, the sauces are saucy and you take a bit of it all looking for the juicy flavorful combo but the meat just misses that mark. It doesn't need much...just a little shake of seasoning to round it all out. Mozza sticks and mac&cheese bits...have no notes, they were fried to order and came out screamin' hot...dipped in GGs sauce or the White Sauce was perfect. Sauces- GG sauce is a mayo, sriracha and sweet chili sauce mix...there may be other things in it too, but those are the top 3. White Sauce is their take on an Alabama white sauce...but this one is less vinegar and more creamy because of the mayo. Little bit of heat, but not what I would call spicy. I-75 Loaded fries...were loaded up! How the fries managed to stay crispy for as long as they did-with all the cheese and sauce defies logic. The jalapeños make this dish on the hotter side, so if you don't like heat...you should order it without them-because they don't skimp on them. Honestly this could have done without the hot Cheetos-they didn't really add to it other than color and they got mushy quick. We also got the beefy/steak rice bowl, but it was for my husband's meal prep the next day. It wouldn't be fair to review based on him eating it a day later...so I'm going to leave that review out. We did see several people ordering it while we waited...so I'm thinking it's a favorite. It's a food truck-not fast food so we ended up waiting about 20 minutes for our order. The crew working it were all nice and our food was well packaged so we suffered zero losses. We will be stopping by and trying all their chicken options for our next round!

Hacienda Bar & Grill in McDonough, GA (near Atlanta) completely exceeded my expectations! From the…read moremoment I walked in, I was hooked. The dim lighting, smooth saxophone music, and laidback back atmosphere created the perfect date-night vibe--even though I was just there to enjoy myself. The service was exceptional. I barely had time to settle into my seat before my order was taken, my drink arrived in record time, and it was delivered by the cutest little robot! Such a fun and unexpected touch that made the experience even more memorable. I wish I could remember the name of my cocktail because it was flirty, refreshing, smooth, and dangerously delicious. One sip, and I was sold! I ordered the beef enchiladas. They leaned a little salty for my taste, but they were still flavorful and satisfying. Overall, the atmosphere, service, and unique experience made this a place I'd happily visit again. If I'm ever back in the area, Hacienda Bar & Grill will definitely be on my list!

So we called them around 8:15 to see if they were still seating people or when do they stop seating people and let them know we done the street. The lady on the phone said it's fine come on in. So we seated of course things were rushed which is understandable because people are ready to go home but it's like if we're not going to get decent service just say hey we want you guys to get the best service catch us again tomorrow cause this experience really is the exact opposite from first experience which I will still keep and add below this review. The drinks were out and flat. The menu says gratuity of 18% on groups 6+ but we were still charged that gratuity. We did hibachi sit down and didn't want any sides like the soup or salad so we could get straight to it since it's late but got extra charges for fried rice. I thought it would actually be included since it's hibachi. Then we realize everytime we come the prices or fees change but we always get the same thing. And the food was nasty. So we just boxed it up and headed out so we can go box home and throw it back on the stove or something, I don't know. I really just feel like this experience was due to it being late and everyone ready to go home. I've never had a bad experience here until today. My food and service is usually outstanding so the only advice I have is to never go too late or close to closing time outside of that service is usually great but not today tho. Previous review: Great food with quick and amazing customer service. I'm new to the area and this is my go to spot now. As soon as you walk in your greeted and seated right then and there.
