We came on Christmas. We were able to be seated right away. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The fact that they are here away from their families serving the general public, I think is pretty awesome. The food was tasty and it came out fast. Even the district manager was here tonight. I'm very happy with my experience at Waffle House and would recommend this to others. read more

This place can be crowded at times so try the off hours. A nice selection of breakfast and lunch items. We happened to be here when the seasonal strawberry shortcake waffles are available. It made a good dessert. A special shout out to Jenny. She was very friendly and attentive to our table. We'll have to return. read more

This is the best Waffle House I've been to in all the US. Service on point, food on point, cleanliness on point, and the overall vibe is perfect. We got our food in less than 10 minutes STEAMING!!! Absolutely Pathetic.... This is not the first time, and this crap will continue, due to Waffle House CEO's choices.... Yes, "CEO....." As to these choices made by the CEO's, it makes "We the People" curious, as to the quality of and type of employees that are hired to serve your customers for your own businesses.......... First, I give tremendous credit to the employees that are hired to do this difficult and extremely low paying job by all and every means possible....... Thank You to them all......... Second and as to my point, if you, I, or anyone and/or your family come in for a meal(s), the service is most often great, quick, food is great, and greatly appreciated on that manner, but.... If you're sitting with all your family or however, the "Bill" comes along eventually............. As you have your card ready for payment, the "CEO's" of Waffle House "Do Not Allow" their employees to go run or check you out for your convenience..... The employees are "Directed/Dictated" to "order/direct"customers that they will and shall bring their cards to a specific location to pay for their bill that is most inconvenient in many situations...... As this may sound simple and/or minor, but this is extremely difficult for many customers to add on "Dictated/Directed" steps to simply pay for their bill that they are already willing to pay for...... As for Waffle House to claim many issues in the past, I and "We the People" again question the quality and types of persons that are hired to work and support your businesses for your profits............ read more

My wife and I went to this Waffle House for Valentine's Day dinner. They actually take reservations for dinner that day. We made reservations a few weeks before. I spoke with the District Manager, Dirk, who said we were the very first people to make reservations at that location for Valentine's Day. He was extremely friendly and full of information. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by several employees, including the very same District Manager. They escorted us to a spot set up to take our picture for the big occasion. We were then shown to our table. It had a white tablecloth, small votives, and decorative hearts on the table as well. Our cutlery was wrapped in napkins and tied with pink ribbon formed into bows. We were then greeted by our server, Trav, who could not have been any nicer and friendlier if she tried! We were given complimentary glasses of sparkling grape juice and a basket of Texas toast. We then placed our orders. We both had T-Bone steaks with hashbrowns and a salad. It was delicious!! During dinner, Dirk presented us with a copy of the photo they took of us when we first arrived. It was in a paper picture frame as well (It now sits on our mantel)! We were ready to leave when they came with dessert. My wife, Jana, said that we hadn't ordered anything. The server said it was included and that we couldn't leave yet! We stayed right there and had dessert. It was small waffle pieces cut into hearts topped with whipped cream, strawberries and chocolate chips. It was perfect! When we were leaving, we thanked everyone. Dirk said to make sure to come back and that they are planning on doing this next year as well. Dirk, if you're reading this on February 16, 2024, please put us down for a table for two next year as well. We wouldn't miss it! read more
