Busy place, good service and huge selection. Onsite parking is great. The flavor is spot on delicious.

Havana Bakery and Café expanded their operation by opened a second location at Joel Blvd at the Eastern side of Lehigh Acres in 2020. In 2021, they took over the corner property and expanded their operation. They nearly triple the space. Now, many more tables available. To add some ambiance to their root, Havana Bakery now have two giant Rooster Statues by the front door to greet you! This is a self-served facility with prepared food. You pick what food you desired and they will put it into the to go box or cafeteria style. They now have six to eight hot foods as well as a huge selection of Cuban sandwiches. Today, as we walked in, they have a crowd of nearby workers waiting on line. They serve delicious Cuban foods with reasonable price. We had Chuleta Ahumada (smoked pork chop), Picadillo de Res (Ground Beef), Castilla de Cerdo (Pork ribs), Pollo Asado ( Grilled Chicken), Ropa Vieja (shredded beef) Pechuga (Chicken breast) , Rabo Encendido (Ox tails) and Puerco Asado (Roasted Pork). Their rice, Arroz Moro, Arroz Amarillo, Yucca are simply delicious. The cakes are moist and delectable. This is my favorite place to have a quick Cuban lunch or a sip of café con leche or Cortadito with some pastelito or cake for coffee break.

    Guava Pastelitos & Cannoli

I found this bakery after trying to fulfill a week-long guava pastry craving. Located in a small strip of businesses, the LED lights and advertisement-filled windows makes this bakery hard to miss! Upon walking in, you'll see a long display of assorted baked goods and desserts. Since I arrived later in the evening, there was an extremely short wait. I was able to grab my pastries and leave within five minutes! A lady at the counter greeted me and took my order. I ordered by pointing at the items, since there was a small language barrier between us. The menu is also in Spanish, so make sure you browse the menu beforehand. Each pastry was $1, so I decided to get four guava pastelitos and a cannoli. I was slightly disappointed that there wasn't much guava filling, and that the pastries were cut into smaller portioned squares. However, the dough was light and flaky -- it tasted even better when I lightly toasted them in the over. As for the cannoli, I loved that the cream filling wasn't too sweet, but I did wish that they put more chocolate chips inside! For the price, I definitely want to go back and try other items, and maybe even the food, on their menu!

I ordered the banana bread -- it was delicious, though a bit drier than I expected -- and the banana pudding matcha, which actually had pudding on top (and even came with a spoon!). You could say this breakfast stop was a real monkey time. Huge shoutout to Anna, the friendly worker who took a quick video of my first reaction to that first sip -- such a sweet gesture! The space itself is a dreamy fall scene: soft, cozy cushions mixed with sturdy tables that are perfect for studying or catching up on work. I loved people-watching as the morning rush brought the neighborhood to life. They also offer some unique add-ons like pumpkin seeds, coconut shavings, and homemade sourdough ingredients -- perfect for anyone with a home bakery vibe. Definitely coming back to this local gem -- it's the kind of place that makes you slow down and enjoy the little things.

My first visit here about little after 8 AM on a Friday morning. The place is clean; and there are six inside tables. Several customers having breakfast inside and several customers pickup their breakfast items to go. Not knowing their menu that well, so I said, "Café con leche, Pastelito de Guayaba y Queso, Café Mediano, Por Favor!" The lady behind the counter smiled and said, "Si!" The pastelito is full of Guaya, flicky and crunchy and the Café con leche hit the spot. Now my caffeine crave is fixed. I looked around, beside breakfast items, it has a huge selection of pastries, smoothies, juices, Cuban Pizza and hot food for lunch. Upon walking in, there were no employees to be seen. There was already a line formed with customers trying to get somebody's attention in the kitchen. It took a while for an employee to come out. They had to verify my already packaged order in the back, which further delayed my "quick" pickup. I ordered three pastelitos (guava pastries) which were $1.50 each on DD-- it's probably cheaper to order through the bakery itself, but the price was still comparable. The pastries were flaky and crispy, but there wasn't too much filling. Still, I would probably come again and try some other items.
