Wow!! I am shocked that there are so many bad reviews for this location. My bf and I both raved about how delicious the food was. He even specifically said the last time he got Waffle House, it wasn't nearly as good as today at this store. I did take a star off because the service was a little slow, but her and the cook were the only people working. There was only one other table there and one person at the counter, but she was preparing a lot of to go orders. He got the all star special and everything was prepared perfectly! The waffle came out after he had almost finished his other food, but sometimes they take longer to cook and that's not anyone's fault but the waffle maker. The waffle was delicious though! I got a chicken and cheese omelet. I've never had it, but wanted something different and it was delicious too! We had to leave kind of quickly and she brought us boxes, all the sauces we asked for, and even got our drinks to go. We will definitely come back here again! read more

Not great, but I was craving a waffle for some reason. There were dirty tables and my favorite seat - the low counter to the side - needed to be cleared and wiped down. My waitress took a while to take my order and to bring the coffee, and she never did manage to return with a refill. The restaurant was busy but not excessive. It was unpleasant listening to the crew arguing over who would serve which tables. The waffle was made to order and did have the scoop of pecans in it, but underdone around the edges and still too doughy inside. Plastic cutlery today - COVID! - but they still have maple syrup. The dark skin girl that works the overnight shift at the 6350 Tara blvd location of waffle house should not have any job dealing with customer service. She is rude and has a bad attitude. Today at 5:45am I went to the location, after ordering and paying for my food I noticed I was being charged 93 cents for a to go service charge and another 93 cents for to go supply fee. I asked the waitress why I was being charged a service charge and a supply fee, I can understand the supply fee, but what extra service are you providing for you to charge a to go service charge when that is all you do from 11pm to 6am. The waitress go upset when I said if you dont know then I will call corporate and asked. She then push my to food to the ground locked the window, sat at the counter and refused to give me a refund. Hands down the worst Waffle House I've ever been to. Waited 30 mins for my order to be wrong and incomplete. WRONG AND INCOMPLETE! There was only 3 customers in front of me, one of which was there for over an hour. They have no regard for customer service or other people's time. I wish I could give it no stars. Not a breakfast restaurant!!! it's a day care for it's employees, service was poor no silverware just plastic knife and fork no spoon for coffee. All this after pandemic is over. Deafening loud music playing OMG can't even hold conversation with my wife. Feels like a high school cafeteria with the janitor cooking your meals. I love the company WH and business model however in the Atlanta Metro area this seems to be very common. I just dont know how to review a Waffle House, I mean its how do you review a place that gives you your hashbrowns scattered, smothered, capped and peppered. If you dont know that scattered on the grill, smothered in onions, mushrooms and jalapeno peppers! The staff was quick to take my order, which I appreicate, because most times when you are placing an order to go at the Waffle House it seems as if they are more attentive to the eat-in staff than they are the to-go customers (which I was) This version of the Waffle House is located right off Hwy 75S and Tara Blvd and seems to get a good deal of traffic. After a late night flight I was hungry and a friend suggested Waffle House. I've never eaten here before, but was excited to try some chicken and waffles. The waitress was nice enough, and did a great job getting everyone their drinks in a timely manner. The building is a little rundown, and late at night there are some really sketchy people hanging around. I got to see a drug deal take place before I even received my food. When the food did come I was a little shocked. They made grilled chicken and waffles for me. I have to admit I laughed...a lot. I've never heard of grilled chicken and waffles. It was late, and I was hungry so I ate it. Both were delicious. Maybe not the perfect pair, but good in their own way. That being said, every other person in my party got what they ordered and loved it. Next time I want Waffle House I'll have to find one in a safer neighborhood, and pick something easier for them. read more

After a red eye - the husband was hungry and tired - having been a while since he had frequented a Waffle House - he immediately stopped at this one on the drive down to Savannah. He got a waffle and grits while I went with a waffle and jalapeño sandwich - all seemed ok but I have a thing for clean tables, menus and windows all of which was missing from this place. Needless to say I have a feeling Georgia hates me because I got so very sick from this place and I doubt I will be stopping on the return back to ATL and I suggest you keep heading down the interstate too. read more

Myself and two other people walked in today when the rush was dying down. It took about 10 minutes for our order to be taken. 40 minutes later & we're still waiting. A table that came in after us has already gotten their food. There was no apology from anyone or asking if we're okay. I used to be a server and while we understand that this is WAFFLE HOUSE after all, It shouldn't have been like this. There are many other locations near by that do a better job than this. read more
