Wow! Was not expecting this! CLEAN! Floor, bathroom, kitchen area! All clean! FRIENDLY! Staff was warm and inviting! Double checked requested cook temp on the eggs! Missed an item on one order and they apologized and quickly fixed it! Interacted with several folks and all were pleasant and professional! GOOD FOOD! Ok, it's Waffle House so we're not taking fine dining but... eggs were cooked perfectly! Bacon served crisp as requested! Chicken sandwich - great flavor and the chicken was so tender!! Yay first review! :) So Waffle House is most def my go-to chain breakfast joint. Other breakfast chain options are too pricey to my liking and the menus are a bit extra with breakfast, lunch AND dinner AND healthy options menus. I mean I like variety as much as the next person but I also get overwhelmed with TOO MUCH. My takeaways of this Waffle House was that it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. The service was also very very fast! No waiting at all and they have only been open for maybe a week so I am impressed with the progress they are making with their team. Lastly I will leave you with this... I order the same thing everytime I go to a waffle house. The CHEESE N EGGS plate. It is NOT on this menu BUT just ask the server and they'll make it happen. *sigh of relief *phew Hope this review helps!! Thank you Waffle House. The food was great, people friendly and clean restaurant. Lots of parking. I took my daughter. It's her favorite place to go.

The Waffle House is the quintessential throwback short order cook-style diner. You can watch the cooks working on your meal from anywhere in the diner - no secrets behind closed doors! I like that. All of the employees were masked, and tables were apart for social distancing. Ivan was our server - he did a great job. We had 2 families ordering on split checks, and he did very well to double check and read everything back to us to confirm our orders. The food came out fast and hot, and it was delish! I went with a sausage/egg hash brown bowl, smothered with white sausage gravy with grits and a waffle. Definitely get your hash brown bowl smothered! It was piping hot and yummy. The grits were hot and thick, and the waffle was spot on. Your dollar goes a long way here. You can't get this much food for this price anywhere. Ivan did a great job, and others came to ask us if we needed anything as well. Great food. Great service. Great price. Now THAT is a trifecta. read more

I love me some Waffle House. Breakfast is a great meal, and usually fast. Not sure what is going on at the Waffle House in Centerton, but .... Nice people, and they are friendly. They have 2 people on the grill, which you would think would be enough. Three wait staff, yet the can only call in orders one at a time, meaning one maybe two orders on the grill at any time so orders back up. ALOT. The Grill staff is not what you typically see at a Waffle House. Appear to be totally incapable of multi tasking. Not the norm for a Waffle House. Don't know if it is capability or skill, but this has been going on for a long time (at least a month) making it a very slow visit to the Centerton Waffle House. Fast and friendly staff from this Waffle House. Each time I've been here the food is as good as anywhere else that serves up good food. I came here and had the ham steak with biscuits n gravy everything was on point. I was here around 1am so things weren't to busy but the food was excellent! If your out and about looking for a great sit down meal this is where you need to come to. Great biscuits n gravy plus can't ever go wrong with the hash browns either. read more

The atmosphere at this location feels rushed and uneasy. The staff at this restaurant would rather you leave the restaurant than take the time to provide timely service. We didn't even get a change to sit at a clean table before we were asked to leave because they didn't like the fact that we sat at one of the many uncleaned tables in the restaurant. It's a "seat yourself" kind of restaurant, so we weren't breaking any rules. But the folks there seemed to have really bad attitudes with the rush and decided to pick on us. Anyway, we never got a chance to order any food, but I'm almost certain it would have been mediocre on a day like today. My family will not be returning to this restaurant. read more

We rolled in around 2:30 pm on a Tuesday afternoon and there was only one other patron. The waitress and cook were super friendly and helpful. Good food quickly prepared - and hey, it is what my 6 and 5-year old boys wanted on their last day of Christmas break. We stopped by for breakfast on a Sunday and this location does not have the typical waffle House mojo. There was no fire lit under the rear end of any of these employees, and we ended up walking out because they were taking their sweet time to clean tables and lots of people were sitting around, waiting on food. read more

Went there on Saturday morning, June 20th. We are in Phase 2 of reopening. Which means 2/3 capacity. We went inside with our masks on, as it turns out almost every bar stool and booths were full. Very few people wore a mask coming inside. Between the amount of people in a rather small space & the lack of masks. I told my husband I was uncomfortable and needed to go outside even though the food was good enough. It's very concerning too see this especially with the cases COVID-19 increasing in our county. I suppose we will wait until there isn't so much concern before we return. read more

I've gone to this location 6 times since it's opened, hoping that the next chance would be better. I always gave the benefit of the doubt - "They're new kids. They're super busy. Maybe they're having an off day." It never got better and today took the cake. 2 adults and one kid in my party. This was at 1:45p on a Sunday with one other family in the restaurant and 5 workers - menus out with no problem. Ordered drinks and had 1 brought out. Was told that the other two would be out in a minute.... I was able to sit and casually drink my Diet Coke until it was completely empty before the waiter came over and asked if I wanted a refill and I had to ask for the other 2 drinks. You Order had to be re-read and confirmed 3 times. Order came out wrong. They fixed the order. Waffles never came out. I had to request them before the check and the server seemed confused. I said no big deal and he said he would make sure they're made and brought out... I'm no old bat by any means (younger than 30) but these kids are too concerned with who's going to run to the gas station to get smokes and Monsters and talking about how much they hate their side work/cleaning duties than taking care of the customer. I love my Waffle House family and will continue to visit the location in bentonville but centerton REALLY needs some work. read more

So excited Centerton finally got a Waffle House. Restaurant is clean and all the staff were so friendly. Miss Sharon Rose made my visit absolutely perfect. Couldn't ask for a more dedicated server. She clearly loves her job, and it shows. I recommend the patty melt. Yummy! read more

This place has gone down hill. The new staff are awful. We walked in tonight at 1am and not one table was clean to sit at. Each table had mountains of dirty plates and nobody at the tables but a few people at the bar. We tried to sit at the bar at the only two spots open and were never acknowledged at all. We sat 15 minutes in front of the staff which appeared to be straight out of County jail and finally walked out while they watched us leave and said nothing. Fire these morons and hire competent staff. read more

I came here with my family for a late night snack and the workers were very unprofessional, they were drinking out of cups from the location and seemed uninterested. They had nothing set out and ready to cook (keep in mind this is hours before closing) and while we were sitting the waitress kept reaching over us to put silverware. This Waffle House was fine, food was good as usual, our server Sheena was great. However, I do have a complaint. The host Andrew was less than proficient at his job, unable to articulate what he was trying to communicate to the costumer and making people feel uncomfortable. read more
