We got here on a Thursday staying for ~ 2 weeks and there was no AC unit in the second bedroom. I called Virginia and within 2 hours they came and installed a new unit. They're just so proficient at there jobs. Everything from beach chairs to hand sanitizer is at the house. The houses have all been immaculate, never any worries about cleanliness. It's just like their slogan... all you need to bring are your clothes. Even our dogs love it here. He was able to take 6 for a banana boat ride while 2 sat in the boat and took pictures. We had 11 people for the banana boat so he made 2 trips for us. Everyone had a great time from the youngest (5 yrs.) to grandma and grandpa. Keith was so accommodating to all the needs of our large group and everyone liked him so much. My husband and boys went fishing and caught a couple fluke. The boys were excited to catch a couple of crabs and robinfish as well. They provided two Yeti coolers and a Bluetooth speaker for music which was nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped take pictures for our group and the sailing was very smooth. I would definitely book again, probably earlier in the summer for the 3 hour cruise to be able to do the paddleboarding.

We went through Cold Spring Harbor and Joe knew all the geography and history of the area. A highlight of the trip was getting to see a bald eagle which I know is a rare sight.
