The previous accountant made some bookkeeping errors that, after being pointed out, seemed very simple. After finding the issues with the previous work, he explained to me the concern and amended the return in no time. He also filled out all the paperwork needed to amend the tax return and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line (and cut a check to Uncle Sam). Highly recommend Travis over at Axiur for any accounting and tax questions you have. The guy is crazy smart when it comes to tax prep, but he is also easy to communicate with, which I have found to be a rare combination in accountants. FIVE STARS ALL DAY!

David was patient and nonjudgmental. He is PROMPT and always available. I have never had a hard time reaching him and I so appreciate his quick responses and his teams. He is not pushy and schedules a time to review your policy about once a year. We have had out auto policy with Geico for 7 years and I felt guilty leaving Geico but just got a quote from David and we will be saving about $750 a YEAR by switching our auto insurance to Allstate! David is honest and an easy going guy. I would 100% recommend working with David and his Allstate team. I have been a customer since 2013.

This was a horrible experience for both auto and home owner's insurance. When I requested changes…read morein my policies they were not completed and I continued to pay for drivers on my policy for months after the requested change. I was lucky that I had all my requests in writing to prove that Patrick stated he would make the changes. After I notified him of the error it took a long time for the refund to occur. Then I was sent an incorrect amount. I decided to cancel my policies after these issues. I had notified Patrick on 1/11/18 that I was getting an annulment he never updated my policy so when he sent the refund for the policy cancellation on 04/03/18 I did not receive the funds. I am out over $500. Now to dispute the processing of the refund I was told the process can take 1-6 months. Every policy change that I requested was not completed correctly. The communication from Patrick is very slow if at all. Please do not use Farmers or the Patrick Biebersmith Agency.

He has always followed through and given us the best value we could find. He reviews our policies annually and is the most hands on agent I have ever had. We all have choices with who we use for insurance. I find it interesting that D.L.Z. stayed for 20 years yet claims he was treated unfairly. I find that review without merit, totally unfair and incomprehensible that someone would lower themselves to tarnish another person's reputation unjustly on social media.
