RUN! I would NEVER use this company again! I would give zero starts! Good reviews are from 2018…read more- 2019! Safeco had to go. I sent an email on March 2 that Safeco had to go immediately. Again, March 9 an email was sent. March 26th I hired a new broker and took care of my business. Cancellation left my houses not covered for the 31st of March - no one would provide any proof of coverage for that day. I had to call Safeco to get it. Owner advised clerk did nothing wrong??? Not True! No exception was made to take over my accounts. Prior broker did the same, no response, no answers, terminated. Our communication has always been via email. I called you when the date of cancellation left my homes not covered for 24 hours and I could not get proof that Safeco had them covered. Email from Steven not sufficient, it needed to be Safeco...I asked Steven if I have a problem (no coverage March 31) if he was going to be responsible for the damages, of course not! Safeco provided a screen shot, that was all Steven had to do, but did not. Never received any email from him. He simply defended the neglect from his clerk (March 2 and March 9) and did not care what I had to say. PROOF IS IN THE EMAILS!

This was a horrible experience for both auto and home owner's insurance. When I requested changes…read morein my policies they were not completed and I continued to pay for drivers on my policy for months after the requested change. I was lucky that I had all my requests in writing to prove that Patrick stated he would make the changes. After I notified him of the error it took a long time for the refund to occur. Then I was sent an incorrect amount. I decided to cancel my policies after these issues. I had notified Patrick on 1/11/18 that I was getting an annulment he never updated my policy so when he sent the refund for the policy cancellation on 04/03/18 I did not receive the funds. I am out over $500. Now to dispute the processing of the refund I was told the process can take 1-6 months. Every policy change that I requested was not completed correctly. The communication from Patrick is very slow if at all. Please do not use Farmers or the Patrick Biebersmith Agency.

TRUST THIS AGENT! The Christie Osborne American Family Agency is not only professional but exceeds…read moreexpectations in helping clients. This is a unique Insurance Agency in that it has a customer first philosophy, putting the needs of their clients above anything else. Christie, the owner, not only meets the clients but works with them as well. When we met, she took the time to review my current policies. Most of us don't give much thought after we initially purchase insurance, and the sale is done. Christie found a few areas in which I lacked coverage. Needless to say, you don't want to find out you lack coverage when you submit a claim, and at the same time you do not want to pay for additional coverage that you do not need. With other agencies I have worked with, if you are fortunate enough to have this discussion it will very likely be an underling who is not as knowledgeable, and their biggest concern is closing the sale. I also had an issue with a claim that I made on my homeowners' insurance. Christie jumped in, quite happily I might add, and went on and above what she needed to do, expending a good amount of effort to make sure that there was a successful conclusion with the claim and complete client satisfaction. Actions speak louder than words, and as one who is skeptical, I will tell you that I have complete confidence and trust in the Christie Osborne American Family Agency
