Hubby's had to be special ordered as he has a cochlear implant in other ear. He needed only one aid and with maximum microphone. He immediately loved it when he got it a few days later. I wasn't sure about my set so he let me try another pair which I loved except needed him to order another color. Joshua is the best with doing whatever it takes to have happy customers. He's very reasonable, listens to your needs and wants and always very prompt. If he says he'll be there at 3 you can depend on it.
