Hire some women! Stopped here twice in the last 6 months. Same gay bartender who stares at me like he's trying to manifest a marriage proposal out of me. No thanks pancake. Place is kind of dank. read more

Unique setting, excellent selection, and reasonable pricing. Plenty of TV screens and a children's area for parties. I've been here numerous times, for take-out lunches, and after work meals and drinks. It's difficult to define this place. Wings and beer, kids parties, roadside diner, bar...it's a bit of everything...and good at all of it. A great selection of wings, decent food, and great service. read more

Okay. I don't want to be rude, because people are aloud to have bad days - however, the waitress with us was very rude and was rushing us, giving us dirty looks when we didn't know what sauce to pick, (there was many!). The ambience of this wacky wings was alright, there was cool decoration, but the arcade was extremely expensive! We ordered an original Mac and cheese, you might as well call it a Mac and cream! There was absolutely no cheese, it looked like cream soup. Absolutely foul. I should've just made KD at home cause wtf?! Not coming back. Also, why do I have to spend 200 dollars to get a shitty dollarama toy?! Jesus Christ, read more

Enjoyed a late lunch recently out on the patio during this crazy world of COVID-19. As you can imagine, it wasn't too busy. You can tell this team is working hard to keep its customer safe. The outdoor seating have a minimum space of six feet apart, or more. The staff did a great job with continuously cleaning, wearing PPE and following proper safety procedures. It was nice to go out - sit down for a bite and support our local restaurants. read more

Wacky Wings - TexMex Wings with a side of chips and salsa. - Chicken Wings Near Me - North Bay, Ontario

Wacky Wings used to be one of our favourite restaurants, with its upbeat atmosphere, good and cheerful service. Sadly, this is no longer the case. We tried giving them the benefit of the doubt, but now we're done. Our most recent visit, Aug.1, will be our last. Both the host and the server made it abundantly clear that our presence was an inconvenience. What happened, Wacky Wings?? read more

Over-priced, poor sizes, average cooking and flavour. This location doesn't live up to the franchise expectations and in a town that is fiercely loyal to its independent restaurants, Wackys has their work cut out for them. Staff are polite, friendly and professional. Location although right at the south edge of town, has a horribly dangerous entrance and is literally right above a strip club. Prices are too high for our market although they offer discounts for some groups if you ask. I am not sure if they have local beers on tap, but if they do that is about as close to local as they can get and they are in a tight spot. read more

moved from Barrie three years ago. Love me some wings. These guys are great. They may be late. Wings may not be sizzling hot. But the product is great. the staff are nice. Can't complain. - Callander Girl read more

Ordered online for delivery: The wings came hot which was great. The wings are not small either unlike some of the other reviews say. They are really fairly decent size. I got 4 difference sauces as well which were all delicious tasting. No issues with this place and highly recommend to get food here. I would compare this to Buffalo Wing wilds with their variety of sauces/Dry Rubs/seasonings for wings. read more

Always satisfied :) thank you. Always hits the spot and IMO best place for wings and seasoned fries.

My first thought was, "North Bay does not need another Wing place". Considering that Wacky Wings is a franchise I thought that this would spell certain doom for the smaller wing places in town like Tammies, however after my meal I'm fairly certain that they no longer have no fears of this place bullying them out of town with their wings. First off: the building is a nice change to North Bay, the waitstaff were extremely perky and chatty and the overall environment inside is very reminiscent to a Hooters or Buffalo Wild Wings...North Bay needed an establishment like this and if I was writing this review on this alone Wacky Wings would recieve 5 stars. The menu looks impressive, tons of sauces for your wings...enough to rival the Moose's list of wing sauces but that's about where the comparisons end for this place and any other restaurant in North Bay that serves wings. I ordered 3 lbs of wings with the following wing sauces: Caribbean Jerk Rickards Red Apple Butter Mesquite Maple sweet & spicy thai The Caribbean Jerk - I'm pretty sure they didn't toss them in anything, it's supposed to be a dry rub but I'm fairly certain that if there was seasoning on them it was extremely bland and nothing "Caribbean" about it. Rickards Red Apple Butter Mesquite - of the three this one was OK. More sweet than smokey for sure Maple sweet & spicy thai - I couldn't tell the difference between this one and the Rickards Red Apple Butter Mesquite, they tasted so similar with the exception that this one had a "slight" hint of curry, otherwise just "meh" The wings themselves left a lot to be desired, they were really small and overdone. When eating them it was more like eating bones wrapped in fried skin. I was with a group of about 8 and the consensus was unanimous around the table. The burgers however seem to be really good (two people remarked that they were "out of this world") but for a place called "Wacky Wings" I would hope the wings were the flagship meal on the menu, not the hamburgers. Overall the food; chicken wings in particular, need serious work if this place is to contend with the Moose, Tammys, or even the Moze-ee's wings. The redeeming qualities this place holds is it's potential to host future PPV events (boxing, UFC, etc). There are plenty of TV's and 80 oz booze holders to make it North Bay's premiere PPV spot. Note: I did go on opening night, this could be part of the "grand opening" gitters...3/4 of North Bay was there no doubt and I will go at least one more time before I decide whether or not Wacky Wings should become a "wing staple" for me. read more

We ordered wings and a Game starter platter. We should have listened to the people who warned us not to eat here, but thought we'd take a break from the Moose and give them a try. The food we ordered was mediocre at best and expensive. The wings were small, dry and flavorless, and the apps that were part of the platter were soggy. The fries were good, but I will stick with The Moose from now on. read more

February 14th, at approximately 8:20pm I had called because I ordered a door dash order and had gotten 18 naked wings with the sauces on the side. Not one of the sauces was in the bag. How do you eat 18 naked wings with NO sauce. As well I ordered 12 sauced wings with tex mex sauce and it came as honey garlic instead. Everything was cold and soggy. When I called the women who picked up the phone was rude and completely didn't care. She offered to just give store credits and not send the missing items to us. I had to specifically mention how they have their own drivers that could bring the missing items up. And all she said was "okay but it'll take a VERYYYY long time." There was absolutely no sincerity in anything and I felt I was doing their job. read more

We ordered wings on feb 10th from wacky wings in Northbay. We specifically asked for crispy wings snd sauce on the side, when we received our order the sauce was mixed in our wings and the wings were so soggy and mushy. I placed a call from our hotel and was told that next time we would come through Northbay we would get wings for free.I said we paid cash so how will that work.I said can you come and get these wings and replace with our original crispy request. The girls said no the best i can do is wright your name down.We will never order again from wacky wings terrible wings and really bad customer service. read more

Truly the worst most expensive wings I have ever had ! Entire place empty but had a large busy family with little kids not respecting any space placed right beside .....why....only @ 30other social distanced booths ? Just an overall downer ! read more

Lunch taco salad was good, service ok not much else to say. I was here at noon on a Monday in February

My first visit to this restaurant was several months ago and I happened to be there on 'wing night'. very busy spot! Excellent service overall, great wings, tons of flavours and options. TV screens visible from every seat, great energy and atmosphere. I made a return trip through North Bay this week and stopped in again on a Monday night. The bartender (Michelle) was welcoming and pleasant and was attentive to my requests. I sampled the Mushroom/Swiss burger with fries this visit. Great homemade patties on a fresh soft bun, crispy hot fries served very quickly at the bar. The service was great! even considering that Michelle never stopped moving as she was responsible for incoming take-out orders as well! Whatever they are paying her is not enough for all the efficient work this employee does! I wouldn't even consider going anywhere else! Great Job! read more

Don't do it. Don't eat here. We sat for 20 minutes before our order was taken, and then sat for another 25 before our meal came, we didn't get our drinks until after our meal. We thought the wings would be a safe choice, but they were cold upon arrival and clearly just reheated in the microwave. Our 5 year old chose the grilled cheese and it smelled like fish. We didn't see the same server more than once. Overpriced for cold food no doubt. I'm waiting for the wrath of vomitting from eating here. Don't do it. The only thing wacky about this place is the mirrored ceiling, the food is just a lawsuit waiting to happen. read more

I've been to wacky wings on several different occasions depending on who's cooking the quality of the food goes from really really bad, to average. Just recently ate there on a Saturday afternoon and it was the worst wings I've ever had the misfortune of tasting I have to go home and gargle to get the bad taste out of my mouth, for the price and service and the quality of food I would give wacky wings 1/2 star and suggest anyone looking for a pub type food to go elsewhere read more

I liked Wacky Wings when it first opened, but it is really hit and miss now. Sometimes the wings are great other times you regret by the time you get home. I have stopped going to this restaurant cause of the not knowing if the food would be good or bad. read more

Have been here twice now and the food is always awesome. The staff is very helpful and customer service is awesome. I had fish and chips and have to say it is some of the best I have had in the City read more

I've given Wacky Wings several chances when it comes to the food. Unfortunately last night will be the last time i dine there. GREASY MESS. On two separate occasions I've had to return my nachoes for being greasy and unappetizing with burnt chips and little cheese. Last night, as a vegetarian...my options were limited, so I ordered a tree hugger pannini. The menu was deceiving...and I ended up with white bread completely soaked in butter and pan toasted...but not even enough to brown the butter. I lost my appetite and couldn't eat the greasy mess on my plate. On the plus side...both times my meal was omped without a fuss. My 1 star is for Justin...best server in the establishment. read more

I went there the other night service was good but the wings are so tiny that a single order is not enough to satisfy a little kid. I have seen larger wings on a pigeon. I won't go back read more

Don't take reservations. A HUGE minus for me. Terrible beer selection. Generic Domestic only. Try some craft beer; everybody else is. Pre-packaged ranch dressing; can't make your own? On the up side, the wings were awesome. I tried four types and they were all really good. They also have a large non-wing menu. The music was good, but really loud. I left with ringing ears. read more
