The staff proved to be considerate, professional, and cordial even in the face of some customers who did not extend the same courtesy. One of the scheduled parties was running late. The staff called the party several times to give them grace and the opportunity to make the tour. That was above and beyond expectations and quite courteous, especially considering the policy outlined in the booking verification email. That party was able to participate because of that kindness. Once the tour got going, my spouse and I fell a bit behind. Yet, one staff member waited and led the way without complaint. She checked in with us and also recognized quickly when we later lost a hat (we were able to retrieve it, fortunately). She circled back to get us. At one point, a customer got stuck in some trees. The two staff members coordinated with one another to help the stuck individual and still attend to the rest of the group. The staff also had to contend with folks repeatedly ignoring safety protocol, yet kept their cool in the face of these circumstances. Our trip was great in spite of the hiccups caused by other parties, and the staff get full credit for making this tour as awesome as it was! Thank you for a memorable, fun, and unique experience! Captain Richard even calmed their nerves before going parasailing! It seems like most of the complaints on here are based on people trying to sit/swim in the area of the beach that's designated with signs for them to load and unload people onto the boats for parasailing and banana boating. This is a safety issue as you could get hit by a sea doo while they pick up and drop off. Kind of seems like common sense. Not sure why people are upset about their kids not being allowed to swim/play in this area, as it would be very dangerous. If you're in the area, you should definitely give this place a call. You won't regret it!

Went out to meet the actual boat, saw the previous group still in the sky. Turned around and went back to shore. Turned around and started heading back out. Suddenly told the mate on the boat was sick so we would not be going up. Staff acted as if this was somehow amusing, shrugged and laughed. Asked for a refund and left. An hour later, we see the same company up and running. Called and asked why we were not given the chance to wait and go up with new crew. Just plain rude response from person on phone. Told I could talk to the manager "later". When the manager called me back much later, his rudeness was even worse. I asked why my refund was only partial. He finally agreed he would refund the "nonrefundable" portion as I pointed out THEY were the ones who cancelled our trip. Then hung up on me. So much wrong with this scenario, almost all of which could have been fixed with a SIMPLE, SINCERE APOLOGY. Good customer service is important! I never write negative reviews and always believe in giving a business a chance to make things right. Epic fail here. Do better!
