    Rainbow roll and dragon roll
    Mark H.

This was a little hard to find being located on the second floor there is a small curtained door that you need to walk to. The place is very nice. With light music playing in the background and very friendly servers it has a very mellow atmosphere. I was brought green table as soon as I sat down without even having to ask for it. I ordered the rainbow roll and the dragon rolls thinking that this would be enough. I was a little disappointed that each of the rolls only came with 4 pieces. It seems a little expensive for what your getting. The food itself was just ok. Not spectacular in any way just a little plain. Not having tried any other sushi places in the area I cannot compare if this is the standard here but I have definitely had better back home.

This was one of the best restaurants I have had in Cork. It was quick service, decently priced, and wonderful tasted. I had the crunchy spicy salmon roll and chicken gyzona soup as a side. I highly recommend stopping by here.

    Chicken teriyaki ramen

This place is great! I ordered the chicken teriyaki ramen (first time I've ever been to a sushi place and not ordered sushi) and it was amazing. The broth had a wonderful rich taste that blended the beef and pork flavor just perfectly. The service was friendly and attentive, they give you traditional Japanese soup spoons too! Decor and ambiance is also nice. I highly recommend this place for any Japanese lovers in Cork.

I never get disappointed ! Today I had kimchi soup with some spicy tuna roll and salmon nigiri. It was delicious and I felt pretty fulfil !

Sushi was ok I had the rainbow roll; a lot of rice & not a lot of fish or flavor. Ramen was ok as well I ordered the chicken teriyaki ramen; chicken was fried & served on the side. Not typical of any other ramen I have eaten, I would not have ordered it had I known it was fried & cooked separately from the ramen. Ramen broth did not have much flavor either. I would get the ramen again but definitely would go for vegetable version to see if that is better and flavor profile is there.

Food is very fresh and tasty. Served piping hot. No messing. Beer has the right temperature and the service is good.

A clear concept for a restaurant. It is just unfortunate, that just the entrance of the restaurant is visible, since the restaurant is on the first floor. The staff is fast, friendly and pays attention. I never got the fork, knife etc in a box. The food was amazing, I ordered a Korean dish, see picture, with different pieces of meat and noodles and veggies. The tea was complimentary. I will come back since the prices are reasonable.

Chicken teriyaki ramen from Wabisabi was phenomenal!the rush was very flavourful.

Worth the hype! Let's just say it was approximately 5 days into my Ireland trip and I was sick of…read moremeat and potatoes. I desperately needed some variety. I had heard of Miyazaki because their sister restaurant, Ichigo Ichie, has a Michelin star. While Ichigo is expensive and difficult to grab a table at, Miyazaki is more affordable and offers both takeaway and dining in their small seating area. I've also heard that you can also take the food to go and eat it at O'Sho, the pub across the street, as the two spots have a partnership. I asked for the staff members' recommendation and she said the Hake Don was her favorite. I took her suggestion and enjoyed the fried whitefish over white rice with cucumber, green onions, sesame seeds, and a delicious sauce. I was lucky enough to grab a stool and eat there but the place quickly filled up as the night continued. I would definitely recommend adding this place to your list when visiting Cork. I was impressed to find such amazing Japanese food place (in Ireland of all places???) and would totally return if I'm back in the area.

I was so excited to try out this place!…read more I've never experienced Sushi in Ireland in anywhere other than Dublin because it's unfortunately just not available! So I thought Cork would be a real treat. I arrived into town at 11am ready to have my sushi breakfast, but alas it wasn't open until 12pm so I meandered around town, getting a greater appetite and returned back promptly a 12pm, I was so happy to see the door was open! :) I ordered the salmon sushi, which you can see if you view my pictures of the place, the girl who served me was polite and friendly. What suprised me was the size of the sushi when I received it, it was tiny! So small! My heart sank when I saw the size of it, 8 pieces, each piece was about the size of 2 euro coin. This cost me 8.50, so value for money it definetly isn't. I was still hungry after it! I can't fault the food though, it was fresh and tasty with some unusual herbs thrown in I hadn't experience before, very nice. I had a look at their bento boxes, and they were over 9 euro and looked very small too with very small side portion of salad. Lovely food but tiny portions. Hopefully in the future they could make bigger portions for the same money, because both my tummy and purse felt very empty by the time I left!
