The entire party of 11 people all agreed that it was quite delicious. One comment I will make is that for the Americans, the food is not exactly as you would know it. For example, I ordered the Singapore noodles and it wasn't very spicy and they use a darker sauce or curry. It was still very tasty so I can't fault it at all. The portions are very fair though, still smaller what you'd get in the US (but this is Ireland!). It is always interesting to me when an Asian restaurant serves burgers, fries and PIZZA. I guess they have to cater to the catch-all group where not everyone in this country is used to Asian flavors. In the USA, if an asian restaurant ever serves non asian food, you avoid at all costs because they are very clear to be terrible. But Fudi didn't disappoint!

We were the only customers when we arrived and for the ~35 minutes we were there, so it wasn't like they were busy. Aside from the counter area, there is another adjacent room with a couch and table seating. That was cute! Overall, the cost and portion sizes were good, but it was just okay in terms of flavor. Cleanliness definitely needs to be improved.

The pickled ginger on top was a nice contrast to the rest of the dish. Others had lamb shank, Isaan roast duck, and yellow curry. Everyone thought their meals were very good. The Pineapple Fried Rice was one of the most satisfying meals I've ever had, at the time. The calamari too are just incredible. I have to knock a star off just because the take-away standard is not quite so great.
