One upside is that they do have fitting rooms which is essential when thrifting and some Goodwills do not have that. Biggest disappointment is they have no sales, in TN there is always one tag color marked down to 50% and that color rotates weekly. I also feel it's significantly over priced in comparison to other Goodwills.

I used my debit card and was charged an additional 20.00 to my card for a 6.75 purchase...I called the business to inquire about the 20.00 charge and was told that they routinely put a 20.00 hold on your card if you use a bank card to make a purchase and it should come off in a few business days. I was told that there was sign stating this on the machine...If said sign exists then it is not clearly posted in a high visibility area...I don't like or want to do business with a company that tries to deceive or use sketchy business tactics...If I had not checked my bank statement and found this discrepancy it more that likely would have gone unnoticed and the 20.00 charge would have remained...I my opinion this is possibly fraudulent and borderline illegal...either way Northside Cleaners you have lost my business.
