Now that's some great customer service. This is by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had.

Rexall Drug Store is located in Leduc's City Centre Mall. It is a drug store, but it's not as busy…read moreas going to Shoppers (the only other real drug store in Leduc) or Walmart. What I like about Rexall? The price is pretty decent. Shoppers is usually the most expensive place when it comes to drug store purchases in Leduc, and Walmart is usually the cheapest, but Walmart is always busy and Rexall is pretty quiet. The only time I find it's busy at Rexall is if the Farmer's Market is going on in the mall or if it's Senior Days. There is a Canada post office at this location. It's the only one, I believe in Leduc. Sometimes the post office isn't open, but for as often as I need to use the post office it works. There is a decent amount of stock here, not as much variety as Shoppers, but I can usually find what I'm looking for. There are a few things I buy, like my facewash, that Rexall doesn't carry. You can get Airmiles now with your purchase. I think it's 1 for $20 spent, which isn't great, but today I used a coupon and got 100 for spending $50. Red Deer here I come :D There's a pharmacy here, but I've never had to use it so I won't comment on that. What I don't like about this Rexall? The place always seems understaffed. I like to be left alone when I shop, but it's often hard to find a staff member if I have a question, or if I want to see if they have something in stock. If there's more than one person at the checkout counter there's usually a pretty long line. This is a time where I wish Yelp did half stars, because I'd probably opt for 3.5 stars out of 5. There isn't anything horrible about this Rexall, but just the smaller selection, and waiting to speak to the staff (or to pay for purchases) means it's not my top choice of drug stores to visit in Leduc. I do like that they have airmiles, and that it's usually not to busy. If I just need to pick up some toothpaste or something I'll come here.
