I booked the hamster ball run track for a teen party. It was really expensive, but with COVID, had to find something to do at home. One of the balls and a whole in it and WA Bounce duct taped it but it was constantly deflating. Every 15 minutes we'd need to put more air into it which took some effort to move the ball to the air machine. It took the fun out of it and the kids got frustrated. I talked to the owner about a discount, which he agreed to but then never followed up. Disappointing considering the 1,000 price. I won't be using them again. We were trying to figure out a COVID- safe party for my 6 year old. This was perfect. The kids jumped their hearts out. WA bounce house made the day a breeze with delivery,setup , inflation, and pickup when our event was complete. We picked a Pokémon banner, but there are dozens of options. Horrible service and THREE HOURS LATE! I had a birthday party scheduled from 11:30 to 2:30 which I told them upon booking. I had reserved one of their most expensive combos with a water slide and because I know how fun bounce houses are I didn't plan a lot of other things (games, princess visits, etc). They had committed to having the bounce house set up and delivered by 10:30 am. #1- At 10:40 am I called them, their 24/7 number did not answer. I happened to have a confirmation with cell number for "Matt" and called him, after telling him about this he said "Oh yeah, the driver is stuck in traffic in Seattle (On a Saturday morning!) and is running a bit late. I reminded him the party was starting at 11:30 and I needed to finish setting up so he said to make sure we had room on the way. he didn't have an ETA but never I imagined this would be 2+ hrs late! #2- After the party had started (at 12:30 by then 2 hrs late from official time promised), I called him again *I had dialed his number two more times and he didn't pick up*. The 800 number answered and the lady tried to call his cell with no answer. she said this was unusual and will continue to try to connect with him and call me as soon as she did. #3- Lady never called me back, neither did Matt. Finally I called him again at 12:45 and he answered. He said driver would be there any minute. When I asked him again about the delay, he said " the driver's truck broke down and we had to send a replacement". Driver finally arrive at 1:15 pm #4- Set up did not take 15 minutes as promised. He set it up kind of in a rush and when the kids finally got in, my husband noticed the bounce house was moving forward, then realized this guy did not put the stakes down, luckily we happened to have our very own so did that. #5- Half of our birthday party attendees had already left, disappointed, after waiting for so long. The half that stayed only got to enjoy this for 20 minutes before party was over. Yes, they left it for 4 extra hours but it was USELESS. Everyone had to leave. This is the first time I encounter poor service from a party provider and I have been an event planner for 20 years. I will make sure to tell EVERYONE about this. read more

I wouldn't book with WA Bounce House again. Customer service was horrible and completely difficult to get a hold of someone when you call the number on their website. It was really frustrating. My event was at a city park and they needed proof of insurance and not once did they follow up with me the insurance was provided to the City of Auburn. I emailed, called, and text.. nothing. Instead, City of Auburn informed me they received proof of insurance. When I booked my event, I chose "no stakes" which charged a surface fee. City of Auburn clearly stated no stakes were to be used at their park and their electrical outlets cannot be used to provide power to the Bouncy House. More than a week prior to my event I added a rental of a small generator to my reservation and informed them of the park's policy and what I agreed to. Day of event: stakes were used and their generator was not working. I informed the person that stakes were not to be used and that he couldn't plugged the small blower into their outlet (but it had to be done). He did not provide a solution. He said "I've never heard of that before." I called the business right away and was informed "If there is a problem and someone from the city shows up, we'll take care of it then." I was informed I would be refunded a surface fee and rental of the generator. Fortunately, all went well. No one followed up on my refund. I called about 4 days later and no answer. I decided to email, no answer. I kept calling and finally got a hold of someone. I told them what happened. They informed me a refund needed to be approved by the owner and the message will be sent to him and he will contact me (that should have been done the very first time I called about it). About more than a week later, still nothing. I called again and was told the same thing. Still nothing. I called again a couple days later and asked to speak to a manager or someone else other than the front desk and was told there is no one to speak to other than the owner and he'll receive my message. Well, the next day I received a phone call (but I was working) and did not answer. A voicemail was left and was told my refund has been processed and there was no apology. I received a text and was told I would see my refund in a few days. Well... I did receive a full refund for the small generator but did not receive a refund for the surface fee. I called and they informed me they needed approval from the owner and the message will be sent to him. It's been more than 2 weeks. I'm leaving it alone. $10 is not worth the headache to go through it all again! If I didn't call like I did, I would not have been contacted at all about my refund. Hope this helps! read more

After other plans for my son's 4th birthday party fell through, I was able to call WA Bounce House at 10pm on a Thursday night and arrange for their Mini Bounce Indoor bounce house to be delivered that Saturday morning. The customer service people made a point of contacting other resources to get answers to my questions. Matt called Friday to confirm delivery, set up was seamless, pick-up equally easy. Price was competitive, but the service WA Bounce House delivers put them ahead of the rest in my book. Oh, and BOUNCE HOUSE = FUN, 'nuff said. read more

I am writing this review so that you are aware of the business' practices and do not make the same mistake that I did by hiring them. The bounce house may collapse and they will not return your calls. First of all, they said they would arrive 1 hour to at least 1/2 before the party started. Instead they arrived late and by the time they set up it was at least 1/2 hour after the party started. Given children's parties do not last very long, this took up 1/3 to 1/4 of the event time. In addition, at one point some of the anchors of the bounce house came out and the bounce house started to collapse. Fortunately, we were able to remedy the situation. I tried to contact the owner, Matt, through messages and email to at least discuss what had occurred but never even received a reply. Mistakes happen but to not even reply is unprofessional and unthoughtful. An offer to try to make up for the situation or even an apology can go a long way, especially when you are trying to build a business. Treat us as you would your own family or friends and you will be known for that. Otherwise, it will reflect upon your reputation. read more

Very poor communication with multiple calls to the address it needed to be delivered to and both contacts they went to the house of the billing of the credit card communication started Friday night at 7 o'clock they want to deliver it because you're too busy at 2:30 the following afternoon I said no I said early morning would be fine call me back never called me back I had to return their call Saturday after waiting half the morning to have it dropped off and is it oh sorry well will delivered at 2:30 it didn't fit in the timeslot he delivers it doesn't know what time he's coming back to pick it up called my daughter this morning Sunday where are we picking it up. Wa Bounce House made my sons birthday paty a success. you name it they got it. They shut up with the Bounce House an hour early which gave my son's was some Play Time by themselves before everybody got here. The staff was totally professional and friendly. This is a first birthday party I ever threw for boys and they helped me through the whole process. The kids absolutely love the slide on the jumping castle. Bounce House rental will arrive late and come with a complimentary RING WORM! I didn't want to write a bad review because the kids had a lot of fun. However, several days after the rental I noticed my daughter had red sores on her legs. She seemed miserable. I found out she has ringworms. When asked if we'd been to a public swimming pool or anything of the sort I mentioned the bounce house. Yes, bounce houses if not properly cleaned do in fact give ring worm if other people bouncing in them prior had ringworm. None of the kids at the party had a ringworm so it must have been included. I'd steer clear of this company and well bounce houses in general. They are a lot of fun but kids can get illnesses in them. If I had known my daughter could get ringworm I wouldn't have rented it. The rental was late to set up but we instead got it for several extra hours because our set up man had an event to go to himself. That was nice and all, but it wasn't cleaned properly. We have never experienced ringworms in our home before the bounce house rental. We don't go anyplace that would give her ringworms either she hadn't been to parks, doctors offices, swimming pools, hotels, etc... so there is no cause other than this bounce house. She is only 18 months old so she doesn't even go to school! I can provide medical records for my daughter to support this review. read more

I arranged for a bounce house for my daughter's 7th birthday party. The forecast was predicting rain. I called around and nobody I found rented bounce houses that could be used in the rain. I found WA Bounce house at 9pm the night before the party. I called and not only could they accomodate a bounce house in the rain, BUT they also delivered out to Granite Falls for the party the next day. I am very impressed with this company. They arrived on time and the technician had the carousel bounce house set up with plenty of time to spare before the party. The bounce house was great. Pick up went great. The technician was fantastic. I have already been spreading the word about this company and will use in the future for sure. Thank You!!! read more

I rarely write reviews most especially negative ones, but this was the worst service. I had an appointment to have a bounce house delivered to my house at 11:30 am for my daughters 6th birthday that began at 1:00pm. At 12:45 they still hadn't arrived. I call and they say that the bounce house I was supposed to get was defective so they cancelled delivery and NEVER TOLD ME! Not a call or email to let me know. I was livid!! They say all they have is a Thomas the tank available and they can have it delivered in 45 minutes and they'll give me 10% off and 2 extra hours. I accept and begin making apologies to all the kids running around my house that were expecting a bounce house. An hour and half later they still hadn't arrived! I call again and they say that the driver is stuck in traffic again NO CALL! They have all my information and I have to keep calling them to harass them into doing their job. I give them another half hour and they still aren't there, the kids are starting to leave so I finally just call and cancel. I was so disappointed and out of my mind angry that I will make sure to go out of my way to tell people NEVER to use this company. Their service is literally non-existent. I might have been able to excuse that if their prices were super low. Then it would be a "you get what you pay for" situation but the price was the same or higher than every other company so there's no excuse. Go somewhere else these guys suck. read more
