**Terrible Experience at WR. Thomas - A School in Crisis**
I cannot in good conscience recommend WR. Thomas to anyone considering it for their child. My time there was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the school was plagued by issues far beyond what should ever be tolerated in an educational institution.
**Bullying is Rampant and Unchecked:**
The bullying at WR. Thomas is out of control. Students are allowed to taunt, threaten, and physically intimidate others without any intervention from staff or administration. I witnessed countless incidents where teachers either turned a blind eye or were completely powerless to stop the harassment. It's as though the culture of bullying is allowed to thrive, and victims are left to fend for themselves. Parents should be aware that their children may not only experience emotional trauma but could be in physical danger in some cases.
**Drug Use is Widespread:**
On top of the bullying, there's a serious problem with drug use at WR. Thomas. Students are frequently caught using or dealing drugs in the hallways, bathrooms, and even in classrooms. The school seems to have no systems in place to identify or combat the issue, and it's a major concern for anyone who actually cares about the safety and wellbeing of their children. If you're under the illusion that a school can provide a safe, drug-free learning environment here, think again.
**Lack of Accountability and Leadership:**
What makes matters worse is the administration's complete lack of accountability. Complaints from parents and students about bullying, drugs, and general mismanagement are routinely ignored. The principal and staff seem more interested in brushing issues under the rug than actually addressing the deep-rooted problems that plague the school. The lack of leadership and commitment to student safety is downright alarming.
**Do Yourself a Favor - Look Elsewhere:**
At WR. Thomas, students are subjected to a toxic environment that fails to provide even the most basic expectations of education and safety. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. Please, save yourself the trouble and find a school that actually cares about its students' well-being. WR. Thomas is a disaster waiting to happen. read more
