We had an outdoor living space completed by Red Branch about a year ago. I was very impressed when…read moremeeting them and discussing the project. I enjoyed the process of design with them and they did listen to my concerns and ideas as well as considering our budget. The quote came in way over budget. After some time, we changed the scope of the project some and Red branch re-bid on the project and came in at a lower cost. I'm not sure if that was the problem, but the quality of what we received at completion versus what was discussed was two different things. I have already had to have things fixed and the project has been completed less than a year. The gates have had to be entirely redone. There are a few more things that need to be fixed but will have to wait due for financial reasons. Additionally, when I was working with them I thought the majority of the work would be completed by them or at least other contractors that they had worked with. Ultimately, I found out that they bid out my project to other local contractors that they had not worked with. I have had to hire additional people to complete the job and fix the things they did poorly. I am very disappointed by their work and honestly their character. It was not what I expected when I hired them at all.

From start to finish, the entire process was professional, honest, and stress-free. Adam, part of a father-and-son team with a highly experienced long-term crew, made sure the job was done right. What really set them apart was their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. They included a wind mitigation inspection at no additional cost, which will help me qualify for insurance discounts and credits on my new roof. They also repainted my chimney to match the trim, free of charge--services that weren't expected but were greatly appreciated. The workmanship is excellent, the crew was hardworking and respectful, and the property was left clean when the job was completed. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers quality work, stands behind its service, and genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Blackwater Roofing. The best part is that Blackwater Roofing used top-rated shingles (Owens Corning) and underlayment, yet were still able to outbid all other estimates I received by a few thousand dollars...Amazing! Thank you, Adam and the entire Blackwater Roofing team, for an outstanding job!

From our initial meeting with Brent Woody, the owner, we felt we were dealing with a honest, caring representative. He listened to our needs and concerns. He even delayed starting our install while we finished up some projects. Brent was prompt in replying to our texts and emails. He was willing to answer even the smallest, trite question. Our install was done in 1 week. We were pleased that they covered up all of our landscaping, put plywood up on our lanai roof so that most of the debris wouldn't get into our pool, cleaned up at the end of every day and put protective edging over our gutters. Every day, Brent was usually on site overseeing their work. We appreciated having him around in case there was a problem or if a question came up. Not too many companies can say they have the owner onsite. We're very happy with our decision to use Guardian Roofing and having a metal roof installed. It will hold up better in a major wind/rain event or hurricane, cuts down energy costs, less weight on our roof and it saves us money with our insurance premium. Plus, it looks just like cement barrel roof tile but even better!!
