She pushed him up to the table and got close to his face and I saw her moving her shoulders and arms. My grandson started screaming and when she walked off he started to rub his right thigh. She tried to hide what she was doing by placing her arms on top of his but when he started crying with his mouth wide open, I knew she had done something to him I left a message on SproutAbout app and of course she didn't reply but the director Meylin Asgarian called me to ask what was going on. I explained everything to her and it was a waste of time. Upon arrival to the location she said that the District Manager looked at the camera and saw nothing wrong!! Of course they would lie. I pulled down my grandson's shorts in front of the director and showed her the bruise and she said that she had already checked him out and found nothing. WOW, how didn't she see the bruise. Well, I can tell you why. I watched the cameras until I picked him up and not one time did she take him out of the room. So parents please be careful when dealing with this daycare and always take advantage of the live stream option because you'll be surprised of how some of these daycare workers operate.

My son used to refer to her as his "ANGRY" teacher because she would constantly yell at him, call him names, and make him feel small. I began noticing changes in his behavior and, after gently asking him questions, he opened up about the mistreatment. He told me that Ms. Carole would hit him on his arms and legs, mock him about his backpack, saying it was dirty and making him hide it so it wouldn't be seen. Even more heartbreaking, she made fun of his eczema--a condition he struggles with daily. I immediately reported this to the Director, Ms. Vanessa, but instead of addressing the abuse, she brushed it off. She told me that my son "probably just doesn't want to be here" and suggested that I remove him--which I did. I am devastated that my child had to endure this. What's worse is that Ms. Carole is STILL employed there. Why? This place is not just unsanitary and unprofessional--it's toxic. The environment feels cult-like among the staff, and it's clear the teachers are overworked and underpaid. I'm sharing this so other parents are aware. Protect your children. Trust your gut. If something feels off, it probably is. I would have put no starts but that wasn't a choice!

He was sent home several times "soiled", my son wakes up on him being "scolded" for letting his nose run and not wiping it, boo boo in his undies and all I asked was some one ensure he wipes his butt when done because he still learning, several scars and bruises "unexplained" finally after numerous complaints to the directors they wanted me to come get him if he don't sit down or stop crying and every thing I complained about I was given and excuses for never know, accountability was held on the teachers. Also, I found out there was like one teacher watching over 20 quids at times that's too many for one person even if the child doesn't have any disabilities, so after thinking, they was gonna work with me because I was working with the disability at a local school to get him in, I got a letter that they was like with his last day of this day. I didn't wanna send him back because he was coming home with too many bumps and bruises and issues so I literally paid for five days that he didn't even go. it's not the whole staff, but they really need to get more staffed. It's more family that works there and people help out what they can. The toys are outdated or broken, it needs a new makeover. Ultimately go for yourself make unexplained, unexpected visits and see for yourself. miss Sammy is a guy sent. She's very helpful. Try to help the kids with the most issues and she is what hoes that place together and they do her even bad in my opinion.

I feel like she's well-prepared to start Kinder in the fall. I'm also impressed with the advancements I've seen in my son as he's progressed through the toddler program into the 2s. All of the teachers make an effort to know every child's name and I think that makes them feel very special and included. I appreciate that they went through the process to become accredited and have a strong curriculum in place (while leaving plenty of room for the kids to still have fun). It's also nice that being in a federal building makes you feel like the kids are very safe. There are numerous security measures in place to finally get through the center's door, but nothing that would scare the kids. All of the building's security officers are so sweet with the kids!

She learned a lot, and I knew the staff cared for her on a personal level. I would recommend this center to anyone. My biggest problem was enforcing policies across the board for all children and parents. I felt like my daughter was scratched WAY TOO MUCH! I understand kids scratch, but if the nail clipping policy is enforced and parents are required to cut their daughter's or son's nails, scratches would happen less. Teachers should have nail clippers available at drop-off so parents can clip their children's nails. All in all, whenever I had a critique or comment for staff, it was always heard and respected.
