The company I work for has an account with them. The delivery service is good. However the prices…read moreare too high compared to other places. The worst thing is the customer service and account representatives. I have called and emailed them several times to establish some pricing. I have never heard back from them. The one time that a Rep called me back was when I ordered some paper Sparkle paper towels WB Mason sent Elegant which are just really bad. Since we trusted that WB Mason would send something comparable but they were not. The account rep told us that they could place another order for the Sparkle brand which we would have to pay for. WB Mason is helpful until you really need help. I do not think this is a way to treat a long time customer.

UPS drop off? Not unless you'd like to do all the work yourself, including being told to go behind…read morethe counter and fill out your own shipping information on their computer. And of course, once I reached a certain point of inputting my own information I walked out from behind the counter and waited for someone else to walk up to help me. Because I don't know how to operate their computer system. I put the shipping address as the return address. To which the next individual said, "Oh you made a mistake. You put in the return address as a shipping address. Where are you shipping it to?" I SIMPLY POINTED AT THE ADDRESS THAT WAS IN BIG BOLD BLACK LETTERS THAT WAS ALREADY ON THE BOX. I stated, "Look, man. I'm just trying to ship a package. That's all I need to do." (I had my shipment, packed, labeled clearly with the address on the box! All of the information was there right in front of them.) I had absolutely no confidence in their ability to ship this package so I simply grabbed my package and said, "I think I'll go to an actual UPS store to make sure it's done right. I truly thought that if I walked in with the box ready to be shipped with a return address and the shipping address printed and taped to the box that it would be the simplest thing to do.
