WARNING: Company absolutely does not care about their customers. We hired Vidall to do a siding,…read moreinterior water damage & roof replacement on March 19th. This job is WAY to big for the company to handle. Our insurance company has now been waiting for over 3 weeks for Contractor / Manager Aaron Sapp to submit measurements so they can finally order the material. I was then told they would complete our siding and interior repairs until they could finally get around to submitting the roof measurements. Aaron arrived on Saturday to do the siding repairs, took payment in full, got paid, left to "go get a ladder" and never showed back up. After being lied to and assured 3 times the work would be completed on Saturday (Before and after leaving) I have called, left voicemails, sent texts and emailed asking for an update as to when they will be back to do the job and have yet to receive a response. In all we have now paid the company over $10,000 for them to have completed no repairs and can't even get ahold of anyone form the company.
