Wrong color. Wrong shape. Got a large crack a week later in the concrete and won't return the call. Didn't do what he said he would do at time of the estimate. Made a lot of promises they did not keep. Now have to hire someone else to finish the job
When he came out for the estimate, I gave him a picture and he said no problem we can do that. He said he would backfill and Grade to level to complete the job. Shortly after starting the job I inquired why the landing was not being made into two steps. At that time, he tells me it would be too much work for him to do! Then he made a teardrop shape instead of a circular shape for the landing. Fortunately I was able to correct that before they poured. I wanted cream with light brown shades to the stamped concrete, instead I have a reddish brown dark color. The edging was not placed around the sidewalk, as in the picture, which he stated he would not do because that was also too much work. They pulled their forms out and left a good 6 inch gap all along the project that they did not backfill and did not grade and refused to do so.
