Some not trained in a proper customer service ATTITUDE, some just not trained in their policies and procedures. A lot not trained in the use of the computer applications. A number of employees Ive met have great attitudes but dont have the detail experience to successfully service your needs. The website they give you to do your business on is pretty good but Ive found dead ends and things that dont work. I love this organization but If asked to recommend FCCU, I would be hesitant. I wonder if it is time to exit an organization Ive been with since 1966. I ponder that decision.
