Well...I wish I would have listened to the 1 star reviews on here. I definitely did check it before booking but wished I would have saved myself the grief of having a business owner argue with me after making a legit complaint. SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT NEGATIVE REVIEWS EITHER. I just left my touch-up appointment but DID NOT get my eyebrows touched up because Sanam kicked me out for complaining about the wait time. She doesn't take complaints well, and the other review here that said she had an ATTITUDE and was DEFENSIVE is spot-on! Although, she does have some talent in doing eyebrows, her customer service skills (managing customer expectations and handling complaints) are DEPLORABLE, and she doesn't care at all what you think about her business! I even told her I was going to leave her a bad review and she said, "Go ahead!" Am I dealing with a legit business owner here or a child? I didn't realize that waiting over 30 minutes to be seen once you arrive is the norm for her (again, no managing your expectations). I knew I had to spend some time with cream on my eyebrows first, but I was surprised when I arrived (@1:05, five minutes late) to see that one person was leaving and she was JUST about to start on the next person ahead of me. She came out at 1:15 to put cream on my eyebrows. I said "Is my appointment at 1?," obviously hinting at the fact she had only just started on the person before me. She just said "yes", nothing else. There was no mention of "thank you for waiting. This has to sit on your eyebrows for a bit, or I'll be with you in 20 minutes".. nothing like that, just "yes" Again, if this is the norm, just tell me! (Manage expectations!) Finally, when she was ready, still irritated at the seemingly long wait and no apology or anything said about it, when she asked about my eyebrows, I just told her they were 'fine' and that they needed to be darker. She asked me how they could be great and not fine. I told her they needed to be thicker but I couldn't tell her just how much, just to make them darker, to which, SHE ROLLED HER EYES at me. So, seeing that pissed me off even more, so I mentioned something about her being late and not apologizing. She replied "Why would I apologize? I'm not late. You were late." Then the arguing began! I told her I was late because she never told me I could park in the lot behind the building (I had overheard her telling someone else) and that I had to find a parking spot.. She said "well, that's something you have to manage, isn't it?" or some BS like that. She also told me "I don't have to apologize, I don't work for you." I kept thinking, 'what is happening here? Am I really arguing with this lady right now about this?' (also, I don't see how being 5 minutes late is of any relevance when she hadn't even started the person ahead of me) REGARDLESS of the details.. who argues with a client when all they're doing is complaining about wait time? If waiting 30 minutes is normal, why don't you explain that before when putting the cream on their eyebrows or better yet, when they make the appointment? I told her she could have told me when I was sitting there what was going on. I was making a legitimate complaint given the knowledge I had, so how is it she's talking to me like this? She didn't seem to understand at all, but was just arguing at me like an inexperienced business owner. Then she asked me to leave. I said "What? Obviously, this is a miscommunication.." she just repeated to leave and showed me that her hands were shaking... If she plans to be in business much longer, she's going to need to rely on more than the skills she has. She needs to learn how to deal with customer's and dare i say.. a complaint.. So, I spent a bunch of money, my eyebrows are not finished, and I've totally wasted my afternoon. read more

As soon as I came in, the owner told me that she would use the lightest ink she had and would error on the side of less. She said she could always add more at the touch-up. I would not recommend this business or the plasma Fibroblast treatment at all. I developed an infection that needed to be treated with antibiotics and antibiotic ointment and I also broke out in cystic acne after this treatment. I paid $1000 for full face except for the forehead and upper nose area. I was told that I would have immediate results and continued improvement and skin rejuvenation, tightening and lifting for 8 to 12 weeks after. I did not get any results. My upper eyelids were droopy and they continue to be so, my lower eyelids have wrinkles, and they are still wrinkled, I had some scars on my face, under my nose and under my chin, and they did not improve at all. This was a complete waste of time and money. Before I got the infection and before I broke out in cystic acne, I contacted the owner and asked if he would redo the treatment, he refused. Instead, he offered to redo my eyelids a few weeks down the line. This was unacceptable to me. I asked for a full refund and he also refused. I was very dissatisfied with the service because my eyebrows came out awful, so unnatural and fake looking, the OPPOSITE of what I asked for and reiterated many times. The worst part isn't even how ugly my eyebrows looked but it was the attitude I got from Sanam. When I told her I didn't like to eyebrows, she got very defensive and said "its not my fault you don't like them, I did my best" newsflash: that's not how you conduct business in the US. You can't get defensive just because your feelings are hurt that someone doesn't like your service, you have to try to comfort the customer and be kind at the very least. If she hadn't gotten so ugly with her attitude and defensiveness I wouldn't have even written a review, but a business has to conduct their service in a professional and respectful manner, all which she lacked. For their New Service Fibroblast skin tightening treatment, DO NOT RECOMMEND. Even with numbing cream it is excruciating pain involved. I got this procedure done in December 13th. Under eyes and for laugh lines and for some acne scars. Today February 19, after 2 months i still have scars around my mouth and acne scar treatment between eyebrows and chin are still there. It was a desperate measure for me since fillers weren't option for me. Before the procedure, I contacted via Facebook messenger and told my concerns and my sensitive skin condition and told that i have a photo shoot on January 10th to see if my skin will be clear by then. They assured me my skin will be clear by December 25th. I have an email correspondence to show exact our conversation was. Forget about photo shoot. Even makeup won't cover the scars.
