When I first called, Andrea assisted me and was getting the paperwork started. In the middle of the process, I received a call from a different bail bond that had helped me parents in the past. So I apologized to Andrea for wasting her time and decided to go with the other bail bond. Andrea said if they can't get my parents out, give them a call again because lifting 1275 holds is one of their specialty. After a week of dealing with such unprofessionalism and poor work from the other bail bond, I was frustrated that my mom's paperwork got denied and she was still inside. So I went back to calling BBB and Ivonne was in charge of my mom's paperwork while dad's paperwork was still under the process with the other bail bond (still hoping it would work). Ivonne goes above and beyond. She showed up early to my mom's court date with packets for her bail and personally delivers it making sure it goes to the right people. What should have happened in the morning got pushed to the afternoon and when the DA denied the paperwork. After the session Ivonne immediately went up to the DA outside the court room and asked what the issue was because there's never been an issue. The DA was nitpicking at something on the paperwork and the next day we fixed it and got it ready for my mom's next court date. I switched over my dad's bail to her because his got denied too. Finally, a month later my parents were released. I appreciate Ivonne's prompt communication and perseverance through this process. She showed up for my parents and made sure the right people got the documents needed.
