I let the narrow one grow back for over 6 months before going to her. But they were still uneven and I wasn't optomistic. However, to my surprise, Hillary was able to get them pretty close to even and I wasn't ashamed of them anymore. I truly don't know where she found the hair. Fast forward, 4 weeks until my next face wax. When she finished, this time, my eyebrows are full and perfectly shaped. I can honestly say, these are the best brows I've had in a couple of years. I took Jeremy's recommendation for the midface cheek filler (Restylane Lyft) instead of going for my original request for chin filler. The preventative Dysport helped smooth my forehead and masseter tox helped with my TMJ and significantly slimmed my face. I plan to continue with future ViPeel chemical peels since Jeremy recommended improving my skin quality (I suffer from hormonal acne). It felt like they were trying to upsell me. When I politely requested a refund of my $150 deposit, I was denied, being told it was a fee just to see the practitioner. I wasn't trying to be difficult, so I asked about other alternatives, like using the deposit toward a facial. But when I inquired, I was told it would be another $80--so in total, $229. At that point, I didn't want to give this place any more of my money. Looking back, the biggest red flag (that I wish I caught sooner) was the lack of transparency with their pricing. Other med spas are upfront about what their services cost, which is much more honest. I understand it's a business, but this experience left me feeling misled and out $150 for nothing.
