They have actually stolen 650.00 from me that they admitted to knowing I did not receive services for and lied to me twice and said they would credit my account. Every time I called my credit card company they let me know they have not credited my account. Finally the manager Elaine admitted to me that if they credit my account they will get a bad mark on their end using credit card payments for their business and that's why she didn't go through with the credit but then she said sorry I just thought your credit card company would credit you so I wouldn't have to do it. I told her you can't do that. Then she would just say okay I'm sorry I'll put the credit through today and never does. Now I'm speaking to attorneys to sue them!! I'm also going to report them to the better business bureau and File a report with the FTC and some other organizations. Please be careful! read more

You really need to reconsider your new management protocol for picking up meds for regular patients. Twice I've had to wait over an hour. Today I had an appointment there were 3 patients ahead of me. The nurses were on a conference call while we all sat there. Finally after an hour it was my turn. I was weighed in then told the nurse/dr was giving Botox to a patient. And I had to wait another 20 minutes or come back later in the day, mind you I had an appointment. The nurse/Dr must sign off every time you pick meds. Came back 40 minutes later and was told the nurse/Dr was still with the Botox patient. Really?? Now they want me to come back at the end of day. I don't live close by. This is not acceptable!!! Why does it take you 2hrs to do a Botox apt? And why would you book this when you have a room full of patients waiting for their meds? Is this a WLS clinic or beauty salon????? read more

First off this place has made fraudulent charges in the past before they switched ownership. I was hoping things would improve but things have not. The front desk helpers are ridiculously rude 90 percent of the time. Then they scheduled an appointment for me to get my refill for today and I have a confrontation text and email, I arrived and she says "oh we don't do refills on Wednesday's". So I asked "well why would you guys set me an appointment for today for a refill if I couldn't actually get one ?"! So I nicely suggested they fix their system and she blew up on me. Poor customer service. I had my 1st & last appointment today. Apparently a NP that works here was supposed to call me prior to my appointment. Never received a call. The MA that was alone in the office stated that since the NP did not call me I would have to return at a different time. I had made my appointment weeks ago. Does not matter how often I come in... the behavior was unprofessional. As I expressed on the phone the issue was NOT the lost or misplaced file... I did NOT indicate I had come in more recently and according to your computer I had come in last year so, maybe that should have suggested to her that maybe she should have looked at inactive files. Again as I expressed more than once I was upset with the unprofessionalism. Being told that I cannot see my medical records,... being told by staff that if manager does not call back its not her issue... the lies, the condescending remarks etc. is what angered me. Now in regards to me following the program... I have been a patient there for many years and patients are required to see the doctor... if at any time the doctor felt that I was not doing what was beneficial for my health that should have been discussed with me during the appointment because my file was right in front of them and they are aware of my visits... Not wait until 12 years later when I complain about an entirely different issue then respond by saying I wasn't following the program... one has nothing to do with the other... but instead medication was prescribed and my money was taken. Your apology for me "not remembering" I was taking Adipex is not needed because I found the medication that your clinic prescribed to me and its NOT Adipex!! In your response to me, you stated patients forget things, do not follow program and aren't truthful about what they eat or exercise activity. I'm taking that as you are implying thats my situation because you addressed it prior to you stating "Thats no reason to be treated poorly." When none of those things apply to my situation, so why would you state that?? Please do me a favor stop trying to insult me by replying to my complaint by shifting the blame.... i.e. "You weren't following program." "You can't remember what medication you were prescribed!" I would respect you more for being honest and giving a sincere apology instead of trying to take focus off of what the issues really were. After speaking with them and received the expense, I check with my doctor and got the phentermine prescription with my $5 copay. I suggest everyone do your own research as I have and you will find they do not have the best price in Los Angeles county. I returned today after a year to find the price to see the Dr is $75 or you are strongly encouraged to do their "package deals" for a much higher price $120 up to $200 plus. The price to see the Dr use to be $25 plus the cost of your prescriptions. The packages include a bunch of stuff I'm not interested in. The receptionist also had her 3 yr old child there with her sitting behind counter as they worked. Very unprofessional to say the least. That place is definitely not what it use to be. read more

I have been going to 6 day weight loss for a few years and my weight loss has been consistent-almost reaching my goal weight. The staff is amazing, the nutritional support is amazing....the diet and weight loss support cannot be compared with any other......unfortunately, seems the "management" has gotten a little greedy!
