I made an appointment for a lipo B shot since they had a deal for it. I paid for a total of 6 shots. Booked my appointment for a 2nd shot on a Saturday at 11:15am. I showed up to my appointment and the clinic was closed. I called multiple times and waited outside until 11:50am. No one showed up or answered the phone. I ended up sending a msg on Instagram and was told the clinic didn't open until 2pm. Why would they schedule an appointment at 11:15 if the clinic doesn't open until 2pm?? I called and made an appointment for a Friday everything went well I got my 2nd shot and booked a new appointment for the 3rd shot. 3rd shot appointment I showed up and AGAIN the clinic is closed. I called multiple times again and waited an hour outside. The next day I got a txt from a number saying the clinic was unfortunately closed and to let them know when else i would be available to reschedule. At this point it's happened 2 times that I been scheduled, showed up, and they are closed. So I asked for a refund for the rest of the shots I didn't get. I was told a manager would touch base but never happened. They kept my money never called me back and didn't provide me the service I paid for.
