They did an overall good job with her haircut, not the best but decent enough! I felt that the price was fair/average. They also offer boarding and training. It has been more than a year since I started having Baby groomed by our regular groomer. Recently, I suddenly became unwell and needed to undergo some medical testing, and unfortunately, our regular groomer was off that day. Another staff member kindly took care of Baby instead. What impressed me even more was that our regular groomer had left very detailed written instructions for the staff regarding Baby's haircut and grooming. I could see how carefully he communicated Baby's needs, even when he was not there himself. It was such a professional and thoughtful way of handling things, and it made me trust the salon even more. Baby has a very challenging triple coat, which makes bathing and grooming more difficult than usual. We have always discussed the style together, and for more than six months now, we have been happily keeping the same haircut. If you are looking for a grooming salon, I would recommend this place without hesitation. The staff are wonderful, the environment is clean, and most importantly, I feel completely comfortable leaving my Baby in their care.
