Had the pleasure of being helped by Kate Dixon at this Vrai location in July. My husband and I had just gotten married and hadn't had much time before our elopement. He had just been diagnosed with stage 4 cancer and I also just found out I was also pregnant. In order to have the ring for the ceremony, I had just ordered one online after visiting a Vrai competitor. After wearing the ring for a little bit it was clear the size was too large. Unfortunately the same week as our wedding we also found out the embryo wasn't viable. When I came into Vrai, I thought I might even be too late and I had missed the return/resizing date because of everything we had had going on. Thankfully Kate was the one who helped me, she quickly saw the size issue, was able to help me find a better size, return my old ring and advise me on what to do so I could get a ring again quickly. She made the experience really easy and even enjoyable for me which I greatly appreciated given everything else we had going on. Additionally, just a few days later I was so surprised to receive a package from Vrai with a gift. Would highly recommend visiting Vrai and asking for Kate to help you! After the summer we've had it was so nice to be helped by someone so helpful and understanding and also purchase something from a business that clearly still cares about their customers. Absolutely not. However long they tell you it'll take for your ring to be made, add 2 to 4 weeks, however long they tell you it'll take for your ring to be resized add 2 to 4 weeks at least. Also don't expect customer service from corporate. they are not available. Even the in-store reps at this location are absolutely terrible at responding in a timely manner. DO NOT SHOP HERE. It WILL be a headache and I promise you. We also spent well over the average ring cost here, and still got terrible service. I can't imagine how they treat customers who spend less than five figures. Oh... also my custom ring arrived the WRONG SIZE. While also being weeks late. "Luxury"? I have to laugh. I would rather have gotten my ring from Costco to be totally honest. My in person experience with VRAI was decent, I only wish that they had asked more personal questions etc about my lifestyle habits etc. when helping us chose a ring. My fiancé ended up going with a thinner band and within 6 months my engagement was out of round. I questioned the integrity of the platinum because I don't know anyone else whose ring went out of round that quickly, especially since I was taking it off to sleep, workout & shower. They charged me to send it in for an evaluation, deemed I was at fault & gave me the option to have it repaired (for more $) or to have it sent back as it was with the diamond spinning in the setting. Despite a promise that I would get it back within 3 weeks it took almost 3 months. Based on the above I decided to go elsewhere for my wedding band, only to find out that my VRAI engagement ring is set so low it is not compatible with most other brands bands ... I will have to live with the gap because I refuse to give VRAI anymore of my money. I was really disappointed in the whole experience, VRAI came highly recommend by friends and I was honestly shocked by the response to this situation based on what I had previously heard about them as a company. read more

Came to this location with my fiancée numerous times and had the absolute worst experience of my life. Vrai had my initial review removed which should be warning enough. My fiancée and I made 3 visits to their physical store and decided to order through the sales rep my wedding band. This has been the worst experience I've ever had and our sales rep was Elan so make sure you don't get him. Firstly, they input our address wrong so there were long delays in getting my ring (kind of an issue when you're getting married soon). Once the ring arrived the quality was the worst, I'm honestly not sure how it passed QC, but nevertheless it did. The engraving and ring size were both wrong. We sent it back and were refunded after having to beg for a full refund and started the process all over again with ordering the ring a 2nd time. On the 2nd ring attempt it failed QC AGAIN, and now there's been another delay of 7 days so we're on our 3rd attempt to get this simple order correct now. So 3rd attempt arrived...the engraving isn't the same font, is almost illegible, and has " " around the words. The ring is also the wrong size and the color of the metals is different (really weird considering they're both 14K white gold). Vrai tried to fraudulently charge me additional fees and I had to fight tooth and nail to get a full refund all one week out from my wedding. What an absolute shit company, you should really shop elsewhere as this place is sketchy as hell, with no QC, and they outsource all the ring making to 3rd parties they have no oversight over. Don't trust these folks with your precious jewelry and try Ritani if you want to go online for lab diamonds or Icing On The Ring (check their Yelp) if you'd like to go in-person. They have a jeweler on site and have been absolutely wonderful to us for our engagement ring (shoutout to Ara) and now my wedding ring, which they were able to make correctly and in perfect form in less than a week all without upcharging us with extra fees. The ring we're getting is 1MM wider and has a larger diamond and is half the cost btw, so be aware that Vrai must have MASSIVE margins on their absolute crap quality rings. We had to mention we'd pursue legal recourse to get a full refund numerous times before they finally initiated the refund. read more

The service was okay, the sales person and manager kept calling the diamonds "she": e.g. "she" is pretty, "she" is sparkling, "she" has the perfect cut, etc. which is rather colloquial. Flash forward about 8 months and we were in the area and a friend wanted to stop by. So we walked in and the man working the front area was shocked we had walked in. Honestly, one of the best experiences I've had with a jewelry store. My fiancé and I came to look at engagement rings. We had three visits with Hunter and he was super accommodating every time. Hunter was informative, honest, attentive, and responsive. He responded to our emails right away and even sent us reminders. Even helped us narrow down options. We also looked for rings at two other jewelers, brilliant earth and Anna Sheffield. But couldn't have ask for a better experience at VRAI. The store itself is a tight fit but very clean and private. I liked the minimalist look of the store and the 1:1 service they provided. I didn't feel rushed even though we had 1 hour appointments. I would highly recommend VRAI to others. We recommended VRAI to 4 of our friends and they all had a great experience with their purchase. Side note, as a chemist who's worked with particle accelerators and reactors, I'm also impressed by the plasma reactor technology of diamond foundry. I found this place by searching online for a responsible and environmentally friendly jewelry place. What kept me in was that their website was very well done and easy to use. I was also able to setup an appointment online and spoke to Hunter virtually via webcam and he showed me how the engagement rings look. This really helped my decision by being able to see them and how big they look and the design, without having to go into any old jewelry shop and being pressured by salespeople. Service is not good in this company. Me and my fiance (that time my boyfriend) went to their showroom to try V shape rings i like online. When we went there Service was good. Don't remember the name of assistant who helped us, but she was nice. They didn't have a rings Vshape of my size, also, no ring of V shape with princess cut i want, so they just gave me Standart ring size measurements to try (regular, not V shape). I'm usually size 6-6.25. So, we ordered my engagement ring size 6.25 with their measurements. Basically, I just had to imagine how my ring will look. I could just order it online, and didn't drive 1h 30 min to showroom. Well, anyway... I got my ring pretty fast, would say couple weeks. When I got my ring I like it, but it was way bigger, like whole size. I could just shake my hand and it will easily slip out. With their company you have one free resizing for one year. Because showroom so far from me (I was thinking they will resize there), I decided to go to jewelry store close to me and pay money to do it. The store looked at my ring and said that they cannot do it because of the size of the diamond. So, I had to go to Vrai anyway. By calling them, I found out that I can drop my ring to their showroom and they will send it to NJ to resize it, or I can send it Fedex to NJ by myself. I sent it by myself because it was easier for me. After I sent it, I had no updates or emails from them, that they get it. Just at their first email it was says it can take up to 5 weeks. I contacted them week after I send it, to see if they get it, and everything OK. By the way they got it next day because it was overnight shipment. Someone replied my that yes, they got it, and told me like "do you remember we said it will takes up to 5 weeks?". Like I'm stupid. Well, they got it, good. Today is exactly 5 weeks since, I have no info about where is my ring, what is going on, nobody update me about anything. I emailed them at morning, no response so far. Definitely my ring still is not ready. I have no idea what is going on with that. Horrible service. If I knew I would go other store. Their Service is not what we paid for. We paid over 3k to continue asked them for update. It is not serious company. Looks like care only about money...I will never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Vrai demanded $760 to "re-make" the ring and said it was normal wear and tear that the prongs were failing and diamonds were falling out!!! He ordered a 3.06 carrot radiant in white gold with a pave band and no halo. The ring arrived in 1.5 weeks! It was super fast. After wearing a ring all the time, I realized it was too big. I scheduled a virtual appointment to confirm that it was too big and that was a great experience. I sent in my ring to get resized and it was a pretty easy process, if you're good at following directions. I got my ring back within 2 weeks, right in time to tour venues. You get 1 free complimentary resizing despite the time of purchase! I didn't know how much the ring meant to me until it was gone! Anyways, I'm super happy with the ring and experience.
