I forgot I had a screen protector on and that was what cracked. He could have easily taken the phone in the back removed the screen protector and charged me for a "new screen". Needless to say he became my go to place for any electronic repairs needed. Couple days afterward, I really cracked my Apple Watch and was heartbroken. Apple wanted about as much as a new watch would cost to fix it. Aaron's price was fair and he even fixed the crown which had become unresponsive after the screen cracked. We found him randomly at a time when my elderly mom was having a lot of computer issues and was getting confused easily. Which can be scary given the world of scammers looking to take advantage of elderly folks online, etc. I live far away from my mom so couldn't help her directly, but happened to meet Mitch when I was in town when we needed someone and now I have him go help my mom all the time. From everything to do with the printer, her phone, her computer, her wireless router, even her cable TV. And now I have him helping my elderly Aunt - again across all the electronics and computer and phone kinds of things. I'm super super grateful for his services. He's reasonably priced (we can't afford anything but what we need), he's communicative and he looks out to anticipate problems not just react to the ones that have already happened - which is great. I call new years week ohh we had to order again??(even though it was ready a week before). Had enough , went over late February and gee what do you know she says parts are here but technician isn't he'll be in Tuesday. I will call you, 2 weeks not a peep , assuming I'll have to go to small claims court thinking they broke it ,lost it or god knows what.
