Please do not go to this "doctor."…read more I almost never post google reviews but felt compelled to warn anyone considering putting their eyes (windows to the soul) in the hands of this man to BEWARE. He disfigured my eyes and consequently crushed my soul. While he is jovial and seems confident don't be fooled. He ruined my beautiful eyes. All I wanted was a slight refresh. Nothing more. I have spent over a year and half and tens of thousands of dollars to try and simply return to baseline. I went in for a simple lower blepharoplasty and he also suggested a soof lift and a brow pexy. Both of which were absolutely worthless and I've been told by various occuplastic surgeons I've consulted with since that both are rarely performed anymore because they don't produce results and aren't worth the investment. If only a baseline unimproved snake oil result was my biggest issue. I would be thrilled actually. Unfortunately my new reality was not even close to baseline. While I was on the operating table Dr Laukitis took it upon himself to perform an upper blepharoplasty (later stating that he "didn't charge me for it" - what surgeon would ever say that) without my consent. I DIDN'T WANT AN UPPER BLEPHROPLASTY NOR WAS IT LISTED AS A PROCEDURE FOR WHICH I SIGNED MY CONSENT TO PERFORM. So he removed skin that I didn't want removed and "fixed" a scar that wasn't ever there leaving me with an unsightly scar. Horrid. In reality it had to have been a slip up that he attempted to cover up by the scar nonsense. All of the surgeons (5 of the top in Seattle including his well respected business partner) were puzzled and couldn't figure out how such a scar could be created and why this oddly angled cut would've been done under any circumstance. They all read the surgical report and were the ones to tell me that he had indeed performed skin removal. Wow. The feeling of being taken advantage of while under anesthesia was overwhelmingly violating. So we have the horrid scar but that wasn't the end of it. He completely botched the corners of my eyes. They went from lovely normally angled corners to having a rounded and sad, dog like, appearance. He mutalated my natural canthal tilt and I was left with mild scleral show, downturned and webbed corners. Good times. He constantly said it was "immature wounding" whatever that means and that it would likely settle. All of the other surgeons said that it had almost zero chance of settling as gravity pulls down not up. It was botched and that's the facts. When I asked him point blank why he fixed a scar that wasn't previously visible he didn't remember that he used that excuse and said oh that must be from the entry point for brow pexy. I pulled up the email thread which stated that he had previously said it was a "scar revision" and then he seemed to half remember and claimed that I had had a scar from perhaps a previous "bug bite!?!" At this point I remain speechless and have resided to the reality that I will never know what really happened or why. Everyone makes mistakes or misjudgments (be it not ideal when it's someone working in your face) but if you do then OWN IT. DON'T MAKE THE PATIENT FEEL LIKE THEY'VE DONE SOMETHING WRONG. Unacceptable. Consequently I am left with no choice but to surgically attempt to return my eyes back to what they originally were. Which I thought had little chance of actually doing but through the hands of the best surgeon in Seattle I'm likely as close to baseline as I will ever be and have my eyes back. I could've had a medical malpractice suit and won but instead opted for a full refund - So I was financially refunded but suffered a massive amount of emotional trauma and duress. Like life altering. Your face is a huge deal. Your eyes might even be a bigger deal. Do not risk having your naturally beautiful features being destroyed by naively trusting this man.

I am struggling with the outcome of my eyelid surgery still after 2.5 months, with constant pain,…read morebumpy skin in the corner, constant tear flow and blurred vision in one eye. something obviously went very wrong during the procedure on my right eye, as it has been problematic ever since but the left one is fine. I was told I could resume work within 1 week after the surgery, but I am still unable to after 2 months. When I explained over and over for weeks that I am having issues on the computer, causing pain, constant tearing and blurriness in my right eye to the point where I can't perform my job duties, I was told I represent less than 1% of his patients that "take longer to heal". Yet he refused to sign for short term disability to protect my job so I can take time to heal because he doesn't want to deal with the state. I am at a total loss, and feel completely dismissed. I had high hopes for a great outcome, as I was assured by Dr. Laukaitis that would be the case. it really feels like all he cares about is getting paid and moving on to the next, with no compassion for his patients' well being after he performs the procedure.

I was told while having a mammogram that implants could hide some forms of breast cancer. I researched and got three separate quotes (Sound Plastic Surgery was the middle price) and choose Dr. Josh Copper based on his knowledge, professionalism and demeanor. I am pleased with the way that everything turned out. My new breast are beautiful and fit my body perfectly. Before my surgery my right breast was larger than my left and Dr. Cooper was able to even them out. The nursing staff and clinic team were kind, attentive and answered all my questions. Dr. Cooper gave me his cell phone number and checked in on me the night of my surgery and the following couple days (including the weekend). I would highly recommend Josh Cooper and Sound Plastic Surgery.

Everyone there was wonderful but my experience with my surgeon, Dr Sattler was less than impressive. I was very clear with what I wanted for my breast augmentation. I showed him pictures of my goal. He assured me he could achieve this with no issue in order to get my $9000. I chose Dr Sattler because of how convincing he was that he could achieve the results that I wanted. The surgery itself seems to go well. Afterwards, I noticed very early on my outcome was nothing like what I was assured I would receive. After many appointments, emails, texts and calls with Dr Sattler, I became more and more frustrated. He was extremely dismissive, arrogant and seemed like my concerns were not valid. He kept telling me if after 1 year I was still unhappy he would fix them. This was an outright lie. I still have pain in my right breast after 15 months, I have a double bubble on my right breast so it looks odd and neither breast is the shape or aesthetic I was promised. He actually told me if I had come a few months later, he could have achieved the result that I wanted but at the time of my surgery he was less comfortable with the other type of implant that he should have used due to inexperience with it. His solution was to remove the implant on my right breast, attempt to fix the double bubble, then place the old implant back in. He stated he did not know if this would work and it would look odd for about a year but this was my only option. I asked about revisions on both breasts because neither looked right, and he said he would not do this. So much for standing by their results. He consulted with 2 other surgeons about my case, without my knowledge or permission. He wanted to charge me $3000 to attempt to fix the bubble until I pointed out they promise on social media that they will not charge you additional money if they need to fix something they did. I have no faith or confidence in him as a surgeon. He permanently altered my body and arrogantly dismissed all of my concerns. I saved for this surgery for a long time and now will have to save again to have someone else fix his mistakes. Very disappointed. I feel like I was very mislead with his sales pitch and my consultation.

Dear Allure Esthetic Team,…read more I am writing to express my gratitude for the exceptional care I received during my recent surgery and post-op care. I would like to extend my thanks to Dr. Sajan, Dr. Khezri, Chansotie, Tina, and Shelby for their professionalism, kindness, and expertise. Dr. Sajan was very honest with me about what I could expect from my surgery and made sure I had a realistic goal for my physical results. He was professional, caring, kind, and funny throughout the process. Dr. Khezri was also kind, caring, and funny. My sister mentioned that he stayed with the staff and waited until I was in the care of my sister before he left to go home for the night. Chansotie and Tina at the Kirkland office were both very helpful before and after the surgery. They were knowledgeable, kind, and caring. Shelby at the Seattle office was so sweet, kind, helpful, and understanding. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and I wish she would have been at every one of my post-op appointments. I am only a couple of weeks out of surgery and am pleased with my results thus far. I came to Dr. Sanjan from another state to fix a prior breast lift and mini tummy tuck. I will update you during my process. Thank you again for your exceptional care. I would highly recommend Allure Esthetic to anyone seeking medical care. This review is specifically about my experience with injectables at this practice…read more After spending nearly $50,000 on surgical procedures, I was advised at my one-month postoperative visit that I needed additional Botox and filler. I was surprised by this recommendation given how recently I had undergone a coronal brow lift and facelift. At that visit, I was quoted approximately $1,200 for 100 units of Botox and $1,800 for Juvéderm. I ultimately received 55 units of Botox. The effects lasted about four weeks, significantly shorter than the three months I was told to expect. When I followed up about the shortened duration, I was given differing explanations -- first that it was due to my metabolism, and later that it may have been due to injection placement. No replacement units or refund were offered. Separately, I paid $3,600 for lip fat transfer that did not produce lasting results, and I was billed $1,800 for additional filler at one month post-op. During one lip injection visit, I informed the injector that I have pre-existing lip granulomas from prior filler years ago. The injection was uncomfortable, and when I expressed pain, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed professionally. Overall, I did not feel that my postoperative concerns were met with thoughtful reassessment. Instead, additional injectables were recommended early in the recovery period. I encourage patients to ask detailed questions about postoperative expectations, duration of injectable products, and refund policies before proceeding. Dr. Naficy's surgical consent states, "if a patient is dissatisfied, we will make a best effort to remediate." This statement is as far from the truth as it can get. Please share my review so other patients can avoid my very expensive mistake in judgement.

I went in for two appointments to talk about a revision he kept telling me I didn't need but it was really bothering me. (This was in August 2024, 2 years post op) Now it is 2026, and I need a third nose job. My nose is still crooked, looks completely different on each side, and I still can't breathe. On top of this, my left nostril seems to be collapsing. Over 15k later. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.
