Went in for an estimate for repair and ended up going elsewhere due to the rudeness of lady behind the counter. She is difficult to deal with and we won't be back even though we've been doing business there for years. read more

Erica is super nice, got me a quote same day squeezed me in when I walked in. Have y got the care fixed yet but will be following up once completed. She suggested I get it covered by insurance first don't pay out of pocket yet because sometimes they won't reimburse and I appreciate her knowledge and telling me about red flags when dealing with insurance claims read more

This is the single worst experience I've had with a company ever. I've never written a bad review about anyone, ever, but this place is beyond terrible. Let's start with the entire staff I dealt with. Calling here was always something I dreaded because no matter who answered the phone, I was always meant to feel like my calling was a burden, and there was Zero customer care. But more importantly, I want to specifically call out Cliff, who was apparently the only person who could answer what was happening with my vehicle. My car ended up being there for 6 weeks for a Very minor collision. In that time, Cliff not one single time answered his phone. And in that time, Cliff Not One Single Time returned my calls. Not once. Even the last time, I pleaded over voicemail. Nothing. At that time, my insurance rep also told me Cliff never answered her calls and would normally did not return her calls. What does this person do there??? No one there cares about customers. When the car was in the shop (6 weeks), I only received 1 call from Voss; it was him telling me that there was one more insurance supplement to be done and they were shooting to have my car back by mid-week. I got it back nearly 3 weeks after that call. I also tried to email the manager. No response. Their info email on their website is a dead email. They are impossible to deal with. As for my car, I was referred to them by Mercedes, which I called and told them about my experience and implored them to stop recommending Voss. It took 1.5 months to get my car in there. I was in a Very minor collision in which my car was going roughly three mph and the other car was parked. I had a 6-7 scratch and a small dent. Both are on the bumper. Both minor. They charged my insurance over $6k in repairs and replaced a ton of stuff, making it seem like I was in some major crash on paper and surely lowering my car's resale value. And again? It took them 6 weeks to do all this. The other car involved had more damage and had their car back in 4 days (at another shop, of course). It took them nearly a week to finalize my paper work! I've already told many, many people to never do business here as it was a regular topic of discussion of when on earth I'd ever get my vehicle back. And I will continue to champion informing people to Never go to this terrible place. And if you're reading this, do Not go here! read more

I had my car towed to Voss after an accident. I didn't hear from them for two weeks. I finally went and complained and they start to communicate somewhat. It's been a month and I still don't know when I'll get my car. Communication is poor and I question they are organized to be customer focused. Not worth the aggravation. read more

This place doesn't seem to want business. We were referred there by our insurance company after an accident where another driver was at fault. The person behind the desk didn't want to have to get up from his desk chair to do any work and so he was rude to my wife from the very beginning. After finally getting estimates, we were told we would be contacted with a day or two. Two weeks later we had still not been called. After leaving messages for Cliff with no return calls, Gurney who was the rude guy behind the desk basically blew us off and told us if we don't like it to go somewhere else. So, we are. read more

If I could give a zero star, I would. I have been dealing with the front desk people now for months they canceled on me for my estimate, then they rescheduled a month later- why a month later... Yesterday I called and asked why no one's call me back to schedule the actual work. The lady on the phone told me that my insurance claim wasn't approved. I had spoken to my insurance company several times and she assured me that they have passed on the paperwork and left messages and no one will return your calls.. I have also left several messages and no one has ever return my calls . When I finally talked to someone yesterday I told her that my insurance adjuster assured me that everything was completed and it was on Voss side that was having a problem and she got very angry and eventually literally hung up on me. How does this happen today? I think the problem is management doesn't seem to care about customer service while they're busy I guess when they start to get hungry maybe they are actually sit down and look at where the problems are. read more

Horrible communication with customer. Car has been in the shop for 9 days and I've had to constantly follow up to just get a basic timeline of when they expect my car to be done. To this day I still have not heard back from them on their plan to fix my car. Absolutely terrible customer service. read more

I took my car to Voss Collision Center for hail damage repair. They gave me a "paintless dent repair" estimate of 4750.00 PLUS my 250.00 deductable. I also had to have my windsheild replaced. The girls at the front counter were very friendly and polite. They did have my car ready for me to pick up on the day they said it would be ready, but that was where the good part of the experience ended. There were still several areas of hail damage that were not addressed, my windshild was put on with a crooked seal and the windshield wiper arms were put on backwards. There were several black thumb and fingerprints on my light gray headliner (maybe where they had to replace the top back on my car or the windshield people?). I made an appointment to take my car back to go over everything that needed to be addressed. I emailed them and expressed my disappointment and concern. One of the women (I have omitted the name on purpose), in the service department called me back to set up an appointment to go over the car and let us point out our concerns. When we got there (I had to take my cousin because I am disabled and cannot walk, plus she had a lot of claims and car experience). The service rep came out and you could tell she was immediately on the defense before we even said anything, her demor and face said it all. This is a very long story, so for the sake of the reader, I will shorten it. The condensed version is, that she was very rude to my cousin, which immediately shut me down on top of saying all the unfinshed work we pointed out from THEIR photos, was "prior damage" before I brought it there. Between her not being willing to take ANY responsibility for unfinshed and half done work and the condecending way she addressed both my cousin and myself (like we were pretty much uneducated lay people and had no idea what we were talking about), I realized that we were beating a dead horse here and just stopped talking. She then wanted to take my car back to the shop to correct the windshield wiper issue. I declined the offer because by that time, I was so upset, I just wanted away from her. She also wanted to set up a time for cleaning the dirty fingerprints off my headliner (which BOTH would have been caught with ANY kind of a quality control check before I got there). When we pointed out the things that were not completed or not addressed at all in the way of hail damage repair, she always answered that the body work was either repaired correctly or was already there when I brought the car in. I declined the offer to let them take my car ANYWHERE! I thought to myself "You will not take ANY responsibility for a half done job, what makes you think I am EVER going to let my car get out of my sight again at this business!!" I never once expected to get my car back in showroom condition because I know it is a 2011, but had been very will cared for and I at least wanted it to look as good as it did BEFORE the hail damage. With the exceptions of a few tiny paint chips from rocks, it was in pretty pristene condition before the hail storm. There were also a couple of additional stratches on my back lift gate that were not there prior to me taking it in along with some kind of weird paint damage to the back applique panels that was not there either, but we kept getting the same answer....it was there before I brought it in to them...she even claimed to have pictures but you could not tell a thing from them and I KNOW my car....being in a power chair 80% of the time, I am eye level with the body and when I have my car washed, I go back over it with a damp cloth to get off any water spots, so I KNOW MY CAR.... Thank the Lord for outstanding insurance!!!! My insurance company immediately had me take it to another body shop for an evaluation. We took it as a new estimate and amazingly enough they found more than half of the work that Voss had not completed as damage that still needed repair. I would highly recommend that you do your homework and see who ACTUALLY does the dentless paint repair at ANY body shop you take your vehicle to. I later learned that Voss contracts out both their dentless paint repair as well as their windshield replacement repair (as most body shops do unless they state that they are the ones who actually do the work, another new detail I learned in this process), so I am not even sure why Voss was involved other that providing the work bay for the sub contractors, because there was definately NO kind of final quality control check before I picked up my car. Just a middle man to drive the estimate up I guess. :( Thank goodness I have been able to steer at least three people I know who need hail damage repair away from experiencing the same disappointing results and rude treatment I did. I have attached pictures of my applique panels...if ANY of you really good paintless dent repair people would know what would cause this...please share. read more

Do not ever take your vehicle to Voss Collision for any type of repairs. Their customer service is just awful. The only good thing about them is Kyle who was the only one in over 3months of having my SUV that was upfront and honest and knows what was going on with my SUV. I rate Christie in Customer Service a one and Kyle I would rate a 4. read more

My husband had a car repair recently at voss. Today he was alerted by his mother that she found a lugnut in her driveway after him leaving. He just went to check his car and 2 lug nuts have fallen off and the remaining 2/3 were very loose. You all could've killed my husband or anyone else in the road. We are beyond livid...... and right before the holidays. You better give us a rental and pick it up on a tow and repair it immediately. We will be calling first thing in the morning. This is absolute bullshit.... I'm without a car so he can drive to work 45 minutes away and have to use uber because of it. Hope you plan to reimburse for the trouble your poor oversight has caused us. read more

This is our second experience with the body shop. It isn't the workers that are fixing the body it is the ladies in the front desk. One lady will tell us one thing and another thing. We was given to another adjustor without being told , so we had to wait almost two hours to even look at the car that was damaged and then no up date, no one knew nothing after 4 days then 5 days and now 7 days. I called four times in one day when i was told our car was finish no return calls from the lady handling it to see what time it was going to be ready. No return calls back. Then I called twice today and they said no payments no car. That wasn't true it was sent out weeks ago and someone didn't log it in payable dept. So our car is there . One lady kept telling me they don't do front end alignment unless ok with insurance company, which is fine. In experience ladies they need more training . read more

They rushed the work, and missed all of the repairs. When alerted later that something wasn't done, they immediately tried to get out of doing the skipped repair by saying it was already there before the repairs. Look at you and outright lie. Danger and Beware!! read more

Danger!!! Jeffery Storms tells customers their vehicle is done but is in unsafe driving condition. They took over 4 months to repair my armada after having to return it 6 times. First 2 times I picked it up the traction control sensor warning was lit, the alignment was such that you had to turn wheel to 2 o'clock position in order to got straight, the tire was rubbing when you made sharp turns and I found screws 3/4 out in door jam. 3rd time I picked it up traction warning was lit again and now you had to turn the wheel to the 10:30 position to go straight and tire was still rubbing on wheel well. Mind you each time I picked it up I was told it was done and they had test driven it. (Later Jeff informs me that "loop road is a constant arc so it's hard to determine true center." To which I replied, " then find a straight damn road". They used non oem parts so of course headlamp has fogged already and Jeff promised he'd call to schedule and as always did not honor his word. Finally after complaining to management they sent it to their other repair shop and low and behold in 2 days these other fellows corrected all issues in 2 days (except for paint and body damage incurred while in their care)... After waiting 4 months including winter without my SUV and never an offer of a loaner. Bar none, the worst automotive experience of my life and it was dangerous as well. I will never return based on my experience and I strongly encourage people to be wary of voss collision and Jeffrey storms. I cringe to think of how many customers were told their car is ready and they pick up a non-repaired potentially dangerous vehicle. Caveat emptor! RL read more

I will never return to Voss Collision Centre. I was rear ended 2 days after getting my brand new car and was recommended to go to this shop by the insurance that was paying for the repairs. I was hesitant at first but after I saw all of the great reviews they put me at ease. I should have listened to my gut instinct in the beginning because I was not impressed. My car looks great but it is the customer service they lack and I personally feel like they rushed to get my car done. They pushed back the date it was supposed to be done for a week and on 3 separate occasions. The only way they communicated the progress on my car was when I was the one reaching out to them. I feel they rushed to the end because my pick up time was in the last half hour of their business hours and they did not even connect my taillights (after going to their shop because I was rear ended) which tells me they did not do a final run through. Also they did not even sweep out my trunk. Which is ridiculous. After seeing they couldn't even remember the taillights it makes me wonder about the repairs they did. Only writing this review to save someone the headache. read more

I took my Honda ridgeline in on 3/4/19 for collision repair to the rear end. I finally got the truck back on 4/5/19. looking at the truck and questioned the person at the desk about items I had written down about when I dropped the truck off. he said there's nobody here in the shop to ask about my concerns. There was a larger gap on one side of the tailgate than the other and a scuff mark on the latch handle that wasn't there when dropped off. So he said I could leave the truck but I already dropped the rental car off and he didn't offer a rental car but he said they would make good on any repairs. I went in and paid the balance of the repairs and get in the truck and a low tire light and a antiskid light is on the dash. I called the next available day I could and they deny any of my concerns and won't even look at the truck. How can any competent mechanic give a customer a car back with repair lights on dash and no notes of them on the final bill. After having my truck for over a month I expected it in perfect condition. Obviously their repair shop is in need of repairs it's self. I am truly disappointed in the work that was done and unfortunately wont have anything good to say about Voss Honda collision on Loop rd. read more
