Established in 2025.
VoSKILL was founded on a simple belief: people learn best by doing.
After more than 30 years working in construction, the military, project management, executive leadership, and higher education, we saw a growing need for practical, career-focused training that prepares people for real opportunities in the skilled trades.
Today, VoSKILL is building the next generation of tradesmen through hands-on training in HVAC, Electrical, and Electronic & Low Voltage Systems. We also partner with schools, homeschool organizations, nonprofits, and community groups to introduce students to practical skills and career pathways.

At VoSKILL, we believe there's something deeply rewarding about working with your hands and seeing the results of your effort at the end of the day. Too many people have been told that a four-year degree is the only path to success, while the skilled trades that keep our communities running are often overlooked.
That's why we started VoSKILL. Our mission is to prepare the next generation of skilled tradesmen through hands-on, practical training that builds real skills and real confidence. Whether we're helping someone begin a career in HVAC, Electrical, or Electronic & Low Voltage Systems, or introducing students to the satisfaction of building something themselves, our goal is the same: help people discover what they're capable of.
