He sold me a Trane xv20i 20 SEER 5 Ton Unit. From this point on I will never want another unit less than what I have, and I will only want Tim, Rickey and staff to do the work. I spent a lot of time talking to Tim & Rickey. I personally asked Tim 1000 questions about 100 different ways to make sure I understood everything. Prior to all these questions I knew nothing about HVAC. Tim answered every question over and over without getting frustrated and explained it to me until I understood. Prior to Tim & Staff I had 5 other companies come by and I asked the same questions I asked Tim. Other companies weren't as knowledgeable and as willing to spend time answering the questions. They were wanting to get in and out and sale me a single stage AC. I'm not an AC person so I'm not saying they're bad obviously that's what I had prior to my new unit. I'm just saying the other companies wanted to get in & out and just sale me something and they never even heard or really listened to my concerns. My old unit was laying in the attic but now my new unit is up in the air. They performed magic. All components outdoors & indoors were replaced. The implementation staff was funny, professional, and proficient. They put cardboard where needed to ensure my walls wasn't damaged as well as moved furniture. They vacuumed and removed all trash from the premises. One room wasn't cooling the way I wanted I ask for additional work, but Tim said two things. One it would cost a lot more money and secondly, he said the room didn't have any insulation in it what a drag. I bought the house, but previous residents had the room added but they never added insulation. He suggested insulation so we went with that. Oh, that room is much cooler as well as the whole house. In conclusion, without writing a novel I'm very very very pleased with the Quality of the unit I purchased, the quality of service I received, and very happy with the purchase price. The first time was right after another company pumped my system with unneeded freon and didn't resolve the issue. These guys fixed the issue and showed me the best way to maintain my system.
