The fan motor on my compressor went out About 2 weeks ago. Technician came out that day with new…read moremotor and replaced It. Worked fine. Yesterday late, I notice fan wasn't turning again. Technician came out again. A bracket had come loose and let power wire fall into fan cutting the wire. Technician replaced with new motor, secured wiring better than before and replaced my 2 bladed fan with more efficient 3 bladed fan. Cost was for new fan only. No cost for new motor and no labor charge. In both cases I was advised when the technician was going to show up. He arrived promptly and finished efficiently even after though he had to do the work in a downpour. You couldn't ask for prompt response, better service, or more reasonable pricing.

Today there was actually snow, and the roads were horrible, but Jon showed up early. He has no problem climbing the ladder up to the roof in the sleet, and very graciously let me know that my heating system was actually very new, and it could potentially even be covered under warranty by the original installer. I'm still waiting to find out whether or not I can get it repaired by the original installer, and I wouldn't hesitate to go back to John and specialized air systems for repair. He was very good at explaining everything to me. He was incredibly communicative and cordial. I would recommend John and Specialized Aire Systems wholeheartedly.

I asked him to arrive after 2pm since I would be away until then. Surprisingly, when I arrived home at 2pm, my A/C was working. I checked my texts and found out that Steve had come to my house at 11:30am and fixed my A/C. He said he felt bad the other vendor had not been responsive and that we had been without A/C for so long. What a great guy! I was so satisfied with his work, I scheduled a yearly maintenance and will be purchasing a service plan. This company is the best and definitely deserves an A+ rating!!
