Then he made sure that's what was delivered. The "Job Foreman" (my words) was super nice and we were very comfortable having him and his crew in our house for several days while they completely replaced our central heat and air with mini-splits (highly recommended). He followed up several times and was quick to respond to questions after the job was done. He, too, was focused on making sure we got what we wanted.
