With 30 minutes, I had an appointment for 9 on Friday with Etchinson. Allan showed up right on time, and within 30 minutes had my heater fixed for $90! He was knowledgeable and educated me as to what went wrong and where it happened, but most importantly he was honest and respectful!! And! My house is warm again!! We paid this company $3,600 to install a unit last May. This was a LOT of money for us to lay out…read moresince my husband is a disabled Veteran and is on disability. Turned it on this May and not blowing cool air into the house. Of course they blamed it on us and said it was a filter issue. Tried to charge us $65 to come out and feed us this line of crap. Finally decided not to charge us " this one time". We changed the filter and TA DA! It still does not blow out cold air. If Rogers Heating and Air decides to make this right, I will of course change the review. They have left us high and dry.
