After weeks of dodging me the owner proceeds to tell me he's not returning unless I pay him another $3200 cash despite having a blance of $1700. These people don't have principle and care more about profit then their own reputation. It's been 7 weeks since Mar19th they were out here last and am just now hearing this after weeks of trying to get them to come back out that they wont return unless I pay more than the agreed upon price. One of their employees almost knocked my head clean off while running the mini ex. They forgot to plumb in a sink. Smoking weed on the job which my wife and 10 year old son witnessed. I was naïve and thought that I could dig up my sewer line (all 75 feet), with the help of my…read morefather-in-law and a rented trencher, and just have a plumber come in and replace the pipe. It was Wednesday morning when I called four or five local plumbing companies and they all seemed to be booked for at least a week. I called Joe Seabolt at Joe Seabolt Plumbing and told him my plan to dig the trench on Thursday and have him replace the pipe on Friday. He said he would be able to make that work. He told me he would stopped by sometime in the afternoon on Thursday and check on our progress. Well turns out the trencher I reserved could only dig a trench at most three feet deep. And we found out pretty quick that my sewer line connected to the main somewhere around 5 to 6 feet underground. My stomach sank because I was unsure if I could still get my sewer line fixed before the weekend and didn't want to have to burden my in-laws with me and my family of four crashing at their house for the entire weekend. By the time I returned the trencher and went back home Mr. Seabolt arrived to inspect our progress. He was un-phased with the lack of digging we had accomplished and said it would be no problem to get a backhoe to dig the trench on Friday. Sure enough, Friday morning he called me and said him and his crew were on their way to my house. By the time I went home for my lunch break they had already dug and replaced the sewer line and were backfilling the trench. I was very pleased with the efficiency and quality of work they did. The price was also below what other plumbers had quoted me. I highly recommend this plumber!

Now if the story ended there then this would be a 5 star review. But it didn't. When Thomas got here my wife was at work and I was understandable stressed thinking I had a plumbing leak. When my wife arrived he talked to her for all of 2 minutes and then stood in our driveway telling me (in front of my wife) what an amazing woman she is, how she is a gift from Jesus, how she was a rare jewel that changes the mood in any room she walks into. Apparently having an equally low opinion of me he admonished me in the same passionate tone on how I need to appreciate her more and treat her like the angel she is. I need a plumber to work on my pipes not to give gushing speeches about what a saint my wife is and how I need to appreciate her more than I do. Don't get me wrong I agree with what he said but thought it wholly inappropriate to share this insight at all. Thomas next time shut your mouth and drive away when the job is done instead of dishing out unsolicited and unwanted marital advice.
