I just graduated from college where my psychiatrist was located. Therefore, I needed a new one,…read morewhich was already very hard on me since I had such a good relationship with the one from school. I called this office prior to verify she had all my records so I could get medication. They didn't have my records at all my first visit and only had half on my second visit. I drove over an hour to find this out. My insurance only works in 1 county (the county I bought it in). I scheduled a televisit appointment but I NEVER got a call from them. 30 min. after my scheduled time I called asking when I could expect a call, as I myself had patients coming in soon. (I waited because my last phone appointment with them ran about 30-45 minutes late, which is fine, it's like a virtual waiting room). The assistant said "i called you, what would you like me to do" I said I would like my meds as I just spent an hour at work staring at my phone. Then she said "its not my first day. you'll need to reschedule". she kept reading my number off her screen, but that does not mean it was typed in correctly. (my phone number has ALOT of 8's,). I pulled up my phone rec's and had employees at my job call me to make sure my phone worked andddd it did. I couldn't even get an apology for things getting messed up. A simple "I'm sorry" or some sort of empathy for the patients schedule was just non existent. I understand they have a schedule also, but they left me in the dust. I refill medications 40 hrs a week, she could have easily conducted a short term solution for this until I had a chance to look at my schedule again. The Dr. called me that evening, around 7pm, which I did very much appreciate, she even said she would call me back the next day. She did NOT call me the next day. This office has only caused me distress. I have never left a negative review in my entire life, but this got me very upset. (I waited a week to post something with the hope this would be corrected).

I sent in another form saying I was disappointed in the lack of response for someone who is in need of mental health care, they of course called soon after. They took my basic information and said that I will need to fill out an intake form that will be emailed. I still haven't received it. Neglecting someone in need of care is disgusting. The Dr. may be great, but I wouldn't waste my time on a place that doesn't prioritize someone in desperate need of help. Thanks for nothing.

They said it was no problem. These forms are simple questions. less than 2 PAGES! But EVERY WEEK id call them to see if they filled it out and they didnt! IT TOOK THESE PEOPLE 5 MONTHS! to fill out the paper work. 5 MONTHS! The women were SO RUDE and tried to put the blame on me when they just didnt care. Even tho i called me insurance telling them how awful these people were. after they FINALLY turned them in. the insurance told me it was to late-no insurance. So its 8 months later and no insurance and im 100 dollars poorer. so i basically paid these people for nothing. How do you not care if someone doesn't have insurance? Like you have to be a crappy person to be annoyed at someone trying to get some simple paper work so they can have HEALTH INSURANCE. but these people treated me like a pest. So many people suffer from not having insurance and these people acted like it was no big deal and treated me poorly for calling them once a week to get it done. now they dont even want to refund my money which i could use since I DONT HAVE INSURANCE BECAUSE OF THEM
