The counter help was not trained, could not operate the saw to cut in half and it was wrapped like a child would wrap. I think the meat market, is becoming no more than an ordinary store. Still looks like a wonderful meat market, need to back it up with service and meat quality.

The spicy one was better but not something I'd choose. Meats were better without the sauce in my opinion. Service was fine- nothing great but nothing to complain about. If we are in the area and in the mood for bbq again, we'd probably give it another try.
