Local whisky, liqueurs and more. You can do tastings in store with ID of course. Very helpful staff ... cute bottles. They also have airplane approved sizes that can make it through in your carry on. They ship for free over $200. Kinda busy for two employees only. But they try to give you they're undivided attention leaving others standing by. Let's just start with the basics... a wall of liqueurs to taste , a pyramid of vinegars, mini keglets of Brandy, and a library of oils.... all for tasting!!!!! how can you go wrong? YOU CAN'T! annnnndddd... learning the history of absinthe and how to properly make the drink... just adds to this "chef-in-my-own-mind"s ideas! Now, I am at a private event, and I'm not sure I'd ask for this many samples on a regular day.... but every worker was helpful and had great ideas to foster my creativity! Who knew star date balsamic with chai masala sprinkles could make chocolate ice cream so divine? Or passion fruit balsamic with cardamom powder makes sorbet taste so exotic! I can't wait to hit the vinaigrette room! Yum!!! Make my salads Devine! Calamansi citrus vinegar with basil oil and a Mango mustard... wow! Not just a store, it's an experience. OMG Their staff is so knowledgeable. They can speak to the history of Brandy's, scotches, and liquors as well as vinegars and oils. Need a recipe idea? They're on it. Need a use for a really good vinegar and they'll suggest ice cream or oatmeal! Who came up with the combos but they're creatively yummy, decadent and amazing. The only thing that beats the staff's knowledge is the tastings. Curious about a flavor? They'll let you try it. This would also be a great venue for team building get togethers. Small shop near the North side food court on the 3rd floor. The store is split in two halves where one side is alcohol, wines whiskey, and other liquor. The other side is premium oils and spices. The staff here are friendly and polite. They seem to know their stuff. There is a small old man with glasses working quite often that is very knowledgeable and loves to help answer questions. I like to stop by here, I learn a little more every time. read more

This is such a fun place if you like to cook and try new things or if you want to give a gift for a person who loves to cook and try new things. I was sad when they closed the location in Maple Grove so this location is a little far from me. Because of that I usually forget to bring my empty bottles to get refilled. The staff there is always friendly and willing to let you taste anything. I have received many recipe suggestions for the oils, vinegars, salts and more. The prices are on the high end but they have various sizes so you can start with the small bottles to try something new. The Cherry Balsamic Vinegar is my favorite new find and I use that in my caprese salads instead of regular balsamic, thanks to Vom FASS for that tip!! read more

I'm always partial to a shop that every member of the floor team is willing to demo and share a personal experience with almost every option on the shelves. This is not the "in and out" shop for hooch. Plan on this being a cute "date" for you and yours. The personal concierge-tasting and experience is worth the trip. We went to this location in November to get some of their amazing liquors . There is a sign right out front of this location that plainly say that you can bring in your bottles and get them refilled. On that posted thing there is a picture of a glass being filled from a barrel of alcohol. It is not an oil, the picture is plainly of an alcohol being put in a glass. Once inside, the sales person told us that we could bring our bottles back and refill them. I will say it again... there is a poster outside the door, and their staff told us the same thing, that we could refill the bottles. We returned a week ago after faithfully saving the bottles for refill, only to be told that they cannot be refilled due to US law. This is not what we were told when we bought them, not to mention that it is posted on their front door. I believe this is called 'false advertising' and is illegal in the US. I would suggest you think twice before you go to a place that blatantly lies to get business. read more

The selection of oils, spices and vinegars is awesome and they will let you try whatever you would like. I knocked two stars off because the gal really didn't know much about any of the products, felt like she was really overwhelmed when there was more than one patron in the store, and didn't really help us find what we were looking for we more had to ask to try things and she seemed annoyed each thing we tried. I had never been to one of these, and since I was on a time crunch didn't get a chance to sample their food. Their alcohol selection was nice, and for the most part smooth. My favorites were the latte macchiato liqueur which had a nice coffee flavor and the pina colada. read more

Amazing selection of high quality liquors and has an informative staff! They also offer numerous flavors of olive oils. We took home a very good white rum and some delicious gin. You get to taste before you buy and there are lot of different things! The store was clean and packed full of interesting bottles, casks and glass. I visited my friend in St Paul, MN April 14th. I have never been to MN so our first stop was Mall of America. We stopped at a cheese store next to Vom Fass and the gentleman suggested we stop by next door to try the delicious items in the store.
